DIX LANDSCAPING

The sod was laid down whereby there are divits in areas where it meets, causing one to turn a foot and/or ankle. Fertilizing was fine. However, the hardscaping that he did was abominable. He was to clean and clear the area, laydown weed retardant fabric and put down river rock. The retardant fabric was bad. Within 4 days of putting down the hardscape I had weeds starting to grow up thru and into the rocks. It was discussed with him multiple times. We finally agreed upon a remedy and he kept stalling to do the final repair. Finally, he got very belligerent when we started to push him for the agreed upon repair and said NO he quit. We are now sitting with a project that has to be redone the right way. Unfortunately, it later came to my attention that another customer was having similar issues if not even worse and he was not taking care of them as well. This nonsense took place over 4+ months trying to resolve. He is an indignant, disagreeable, disrespectful man. He has also had the audacity to put pictures up on his Facebook page of my backyard without asking my permission. Not a good company to be involved with or have any work done. Cary Dix is the owner and he is not a nice person to deal with.
