Chris responded immediately when I had a serious irrigation leak and was 1500 miles away. He helped me find a professional repairman to fix the leak and he's brought my garden which was in bad shape back to excellent condition.

We have used Diamond Landscaping for three years now. Initially, several landscaping changes were made to the home we purchased in 2014. Since that time, Diamond makes twice-monthly visits to maintain the plantings and tend to our palm trees. Pricing is fair and Diamond has proved to be reliable over the period.

Chris has been my gardener for 3 years. He's reliable, professional and highly ethical. I would recommend him to anyone.

Over the two years or so that I have used Diamond Landscaping, Chris has consistently done a good job. I have never encountered another landscaper that is accessible by email, as well as by telephone. Chris has always been responsive to my communications and requests.

Chris, and his crew did an outstanding job of removing and replacing my dead and old landscaping that had been destroyed by my HOA landscapers. He provided me with a scope of work and a design with the plants and bushes that would work in my project. Even though there have been a few tweaks to the gardens and some minor adjustment Chris has responded every time and took care of everything for me. Not have any knowledge of plants and what would work in my landscaping I relied on Chris to provide me with his expertise and knowledge to make my gardens beautiful again. He did that and I am extremely please with the outcome. We have hired him to maintain his project on a monthly basis to keep this looking beautiful.

Chris Diamond and his crew came in February. On the face of it the pruning and shaping was severe. Since he was a trained arborist the results in spring and to date are what we have always wanted. We could not be more please. His skill, professionalism and the work rate of his crew was a very fair opportunity. We continue to use them.

Telephoned the provider around May 10th or 11th requesting complete overhaul landscaping project. Owner returned call late on the afternoon of May 13th and was professional in explaining why it took a couple days to return my call. However, he seemed shocked when I asked to confirm that he did work in the city I live in. His Angie's List profile indicates he serves my area and so do his company website. It was obvious he was hedging the job (and more likely profit) possibilities. In and of itself, there is nothing wrong with that. But instead of making a decision on the spot and turning down or accepting the invitation to provide a quote, he told me he would think about it overnight and call me the next day (Saturday). Again, reasonable enough. But Saturday came and no return call. A simple call to say that he preferred not to go too far outside his primary work area would have been professional. While this isn't the worst I've experienced from service provider's on Angie's List, it does seem to be a trend of small business folks having an uneven performance history for which others can rely. Hopefully this review will underscore that a simple return call can make a huge difference in perception.

Chris was wonderful to work with. They did a lovely job cleaning up our side yard on a newly purchased home. We will use them again without question.

Chris (the owner) is extremely professional. I was completely impressed with him as an individual and his company. He personally oversaw all the work and was very attentive to all our needs/requests. He created a plan, modified as we went along and finally did an incredible job with the install of the plants, rocks and walkway. Chris is superb in every way.

Chris was responsive, and scheduled the work quickly. He provide quotes for the bigger jobs, and performed general maintenance on all the plants and shrubs on the property. He understood all of our needs and is now our regular landscape maintenance provider. The most important requirement that we asked of him was that he be proactive in the care of our property by trimming, treating, and fertilizing plants before they get out of hand, and recommend ongoing care. So far, we are so pleased with his service, and have giving him additional jobs for improving the garden and plantings around our home. We find his work above what other landscapers have provided us over the years, at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone who enjoys the beauty of their outdoor space and wants to keep it looking fresh and new all year round.

This past summer, we engaged Chris Diamond to perform some landscaping work behind our home. As noted in an earlier review, he did an outstanding job in helping us rationalize our flora and fauna. Since then, Chris has been performing ongoing maintenance of our landscaping. He comes twice per month and, at my request, provides a brief email summary to us of the work he did. As a result, our back yard as well as the date palm in front of our home always look great! We are very happy with his work and look forward to continuing working with Chris in the months and years ahead.

The propietors name is Chris Diamond. He is prompt, corteous, and reliable. He has worked wonders on my garden. It never looked better!

He was easy to get a hold of and he made it a point to come out personally to inquire about the work to be done. After he saw the size of the job he gave me a quote and had it scheduled for the following week. He did the work along with his crew which I thought was very professional. The job was done expertly, it did take them the better part of the day so I did not think $405 was unreasonable at all for two people working most of the day. As a result of their work I have hired them for additional services.

Chris displayed an obvious knowledge and love for his work. He arrived promptly for the initial consultation and listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish. We particularly appreciated his suggestions to improve and add color to our landscaping. The work, which entailed removal of many overgrown shrubs and bushes, planting new greenery, flowers and vines, laying sand and additional decorative rock, was accomplished efficiently and expeditiously. We are vey pleased with the result and will soon be signing a landscaping maintenance contract with Chris.

Chris Diamond, the proprietor of Diamond Landscape, was incredibly knowledgable, prompt, accommodating and most importantly he really listened to our desires.
