Description of Work: Annual cleaning of septic tank, checked lines, flushed and paper strainer cleaned.

Description of Work: On a Sunday, we knew that our septic was about to back into our house. We limited our water usage and through a neighbor's recommendation called Dawson Williams first thing Monday morning. Fortunately, they were in our area that day and were here a half hour earlier than we were told which was great. The service man was very professional and sure enough he told my husband that if we had waited just one more day we would have definitely had a problem as our septic was full to the brim - I am sure the reader of this commentary can figure it out. The service man pumped out our septic and we no longer were hearing the gurgling noises in the sink, bathrooms, and showers. Afterwards, he checked our system and advised us on septic tank do's and dont's.

Description of Work: a couple of weeks before Christmas I called this company to pump my septic tank, I was not having an emergency and they were busy so the job was scheduled weeks in advance for jan 4th. The morning of jan 4 they called at 9 am and asked if they could come tomorrow. I agreed but explained that it would have to be in the morning as I was busy in the afternoon and wouldn't be able to do it for weeks after that. Ten thirty rolled around with no one showing up and no call so I called them. They said that they had a flat tire, later they said that their driver quit. ( the dog probably ate their home work also) They said that they were going to call when they knew what time they were going to be able to make it. I had already explained that it had to be in the morning and now they have left me waiting for them two mornings in a row, the second day without a call. I have too busy of a schedule to be stood up two days in a row. I'm sure there is a company who will perform better service and I will report on them after I use them.
