Cypress Lock has been servicing homes and businesses alike since 1976. No fancy speeches. Our most valuable quality is our integrity. At Cypress Lock we will always offer our customers an honest evaluation of their security needs. For example, how many times have customers in need of a locksmith been told they need to change their locks to secure a business or home when keys have been lost? In fact, all that is necessary is to re-key the lock in question. This is a far less expensive alternative. Before we do any work we will evaluate the condition of the lock(s) and explain thoroughly what should be done. There are always options. At cypress Lock, we always apprise our customers of prices before we perform a service call. No surprises. And no charge for estimates. Whatever the need, re-keying , lock replacement, electronic access control, door control, door repair(commercial),lockouts, and continuing maintenance of your hardware. Contracts available upon inspection. Once we evaluate our customer’s particular needs we will a proper schedule and price out the work in a fair manor. As we say to all of our customers, always feel free to call us with any questions you may have. If your particular security needs demand a more specialized attention; we will always refer. If we have the need to refer our customers, there is never a connection fee. We never seek reimbursement from another party. Our goal is customer satisfaction.

He came half hour after i called him and he changed my garage door lock within 20 minutes. He knew what he was doing, looked out for my best interest, and did the job quick. Great service.

Randy was great! When I called to explain the situation he said that he could probably help me right over the phone. He asked me to look for a code stamped on the lock. After giving him the code he was able to look it up and make a new key for much less then a competitor who wanted to re-do the lock. He made the key right away and the whole task was complete within the morning.
Description of Work: They made a new key for the lock to a fireproof file cabinet.

The instillation was seamless, he even adjusted the springs on the gate so it would lock on its own when released, with out request and after asking it we would like that. Then he cleaned up his mess completely and instructed us on care and operation. His invoice was reasonable and came with a service warrantee.
Description of Work: Installed a Medco gate lock that matched the exterior doors to allow one key entry to all areas.

He was able to meet me in about 40 minutes. He drove out a lock, put the lock on, and made a few extra keys. The price was a lot less than I thought it would be so I was a very happy guy.
Description of Work: My lock broke and I was locked outside.
