Description of Work: Jason is Excellent! He set up my wireless network and moved several electronics components around. He was great at making sure I new how it all worked, and has answered email questions since then whenever I asked. He is very nice, prompt, professional and really knows apple products as well as the Genius Bar ever had. I would recommend him to anyone without qualification. He's the MAN!

+ -1 moreThe consultant arrived on time and moved my e-mail data form a non-functioning system to my iMAC's system and taught me how to use it. He was an excellent technician as well as tutor, explaining processes patiently and in everyday language without being condescending. He used praise instead of criticism - a great way to teach! He also addressed other minor issues with helpful advice. This is the second time I have used Cobalt Computer Consutants and am delighted to have found such knowledgeable and competent computer help. Also, I was called a couple days before the appointment to confirm the appointment time. Every time I have called I have found the staff most pleasant and helpful.

+ -1 moreJason Roberts, the owner of Cobalt Computer Consulting, came to my house because of some issues I was having with my Mac Book Pro Apple Computer [using the new Mountain Lion operating system]. I was delighted to find that he was a real and quot;proand quot;, i.e., extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, and when he didn't know something about a specific software program I was interested in - one that would make it possible for me to browse the Internet without leaving a trail behind me - he agreed to do some homework and get back to me re the best possible method to accomplish my intended goal. I can't ask for more than that. We have already set up a date for his return wherein he will also install additional memory to [possibly] increase the speed of my computer [even more]. Thus the excellent ratings above. Ron Davis
