Description of Work: this company is unprofessional. my experience with this company is several years ago but the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I swore to let other people know how awfully unprofessional they are- and I told them I would the last time I communicated with them. do not even consider this provider. I had an electrical issue with my townhouse that I rented out. so I couldn't be there to see whatever work was needed or meet them. I had to solely rely on their honesty and by phone. they went to the house, did assessment, gave me a quote and I can not tell you how many times it took on my part to persuade the technician/s to go to house to actually do the work they allege was necessary. I had to make call after call to technician number I was given and this individual never called until after relentless calling after about 2 weeks. that's unacceptable for a company. the concept of professional courtesy is completely foreign to them. when I finally got fed up and spoke with manager he was apologetic, could give no good reason for his employee to not respond to calls but would send someone else. I was given initial quote and final quote was over twice amount. to say I was incensed. I was not in position to pursue legal route at the time. I paid the amount minus $50- out of principle. I ended up hiring another electrician because not more than one week later the issue they supposedly corrected recurred. when these licensed electricians came back they couldn't believe someone already supposedly worked on it. When I told them what I was charged, they couldn't believe it. they have no integrity, they didn't care for the customer. don't use these people.

Description of Work: Tom (Thomas) Watson was paid to upgrade electrical box from fuse to circuit breaker and was paid 100% for the job.
