Fantastic! This is the second time I’ve used Ron. We had a small carpet repair due to a pet clawing. He was able to cut out the damaged section and patch in a new section and you can’t even tell where the repair was made. He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly.

The guys were fantastic from start to finish. From the initial call, I had a good feeling about them. They were able to schedule the job at a time that was convenient for me and they called on their way to the job which was a 'plus' so I didn't have to sit around waiting all day. As for the actual stretch of the carpet, they were very thorough and meticulous. The original builder installed the carpeting and did a poor job. We had long humps in the floor in nearly every carpeted room. They worked together to coordinate the stretch in multiple rooms at the same time where the carpet was connected and they only had to re-seam twice. I was shocked to see how much excess carpet they were able to trim from the edges. The carpet looks great now and after a few passes with the rug scrubber, they look better than the day they were installed.

I have a room with very old carpets but the room is not used much. So, other than the carpet being an old style it was in good condition. However, my cats had ruined the area where the carpet of the room met the tile in the hallway. I called Barnetts because I had seen their truck in the neighborhood and it said "carpet stretching" on the side. They came by 20 minutes later and were able to repair my problem. In short, they showed up and did what they said they would do. I could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

This was a small job, but it was urgent that it was done right away. The owner returned my initial call within minutes, and a representative of the company came early the following morning to do the job. Punctual, efficient, and professional. Did a great job!

They responded to my initial call within 5 minutes and arranged for an appointment. On the day of the appointment two men arrived, capable to move things as needed, re-seamed and re-stretched.

Wants far too much for labor to install carpets. For 40 sq. yards they asked for $500 labor.

Superior work

We were very pleased with them. They re-stretched the carpet in one of our bedrooms. They had to move everything out of the bedroom. I would recommend them. I thought that they did a good job. He was very professional and showed up on time. He did the job and we were very pleased with the work. I would use them again.

They arrived at exactly the hour they had promised and set right to work. Within one hour they had corrected the buckling of the berber carpet in both the master bedroom and the living room. Both Ron Barnett and his assistant were entirely professional and courteous, offering to be of assistance in connection with any future carpeting needs. We would most definitely hire them again should we require further services along these lines.

Ron came to our house with a helper. They did a first class job installing the carpet staircase runner. It was not a simple installation because of the way in which the staircase were constructed. Each step had a 2 inch deep, 1/4" high lip at the front end. Padding needed to to cut precisely to compensate for the riser - which, prior to the installation of the runner was very uncomfortable on bare feet.

He called to say he was on his way, he arrived on time and surveyed the situation, quoted a price, I countered, he accepted, immediately got to work, hit one snag (4 feet of tack strip had to be replaced), cleaned up and finished, and then I paid him.
