Just used them for moving to my new home and unfortunately for me they damaged my very expensive dresser my expensive infant son dresser my entertainment center is gone don't know what happened to it I saw when they put it on the truck but Is not at my house my $8000 tv screen is cracked cause they don't have care when grabing TVs the owner came to my house after he said give me some time to fix this now he blocked my number don't even has an office the business address is somebody's house I tried to speak to someone at the office cause he told me the office is taking care of this is not such thing there so if you want your property damage by this company you can hire them I won't ever again

Went great. Particularly impressed that they encased edges of furniture in cardbard, then tight plastic to avoid any nicks. Will be calling them to move back in.

Was told there would be two people who would have the proper moving equipment to transport the two pieces. The owner of the company called to confirm the arrival time. I specifically asked if he had a dolly to move these heavy/delicate pieces. He said "yes". He arrived alone (no helper) and no dolly or other adequate moving equipment. He wrapped the the two pieces in moving blankets, then tried to pick up the one piece by himself. The piece separated (it's 150 years old!) and fell to the floor, gouging a 24/X40 Italian porcelain tile which had just been installed. The piece was being taken to a repair contractor 45 miles from my location because the base of the pedestal had been damaged in a recent move to FL. Because of inadequate handling, the piece sustained more damage and the tile piece will have to be totally removed and replaced which will cost hundreds of dollars. Although advertised as "insured", the owner didn't offer to file a claim.
