 + -1 moreGuy was prompt, professional and thorough. The report he provided was detailed and included information on the systems installed in the home as well as areas of possible concern. He was very patient and took time to explain things to me. I really appreciated that the report also included pictures. I would highly recommend Amerispec and Guy Hartman to any friend or family member who needs inspection services. Very pleased.
