Description of Work: Our SubZero refrigerator needed a new evaporator coil. Dollings, although knowledgeable on this repair, quoted me over $1000 for the part and installation. All American Appliance quoted me $604 and said they could have the part and install in two days. I ordered from All American, and two days later, Jerry, one of their service personnel, came at the time promised, took about one hour to install a genuine Sub Zero part, keeping the area he was working in tidy and clean. He was friendly and very professional. I can't say enough for All American; I must also say that generally, in dealing with large appliance repair, either they are late, unprofessional, not knowledgeable about diagnosis or repair, or pricey, or all of the above. This was a pleasant surprise, and I would recommend All American to anyone.
