Description of Work: They did not show up for the first two appointments nor did they call. When they finally came they were an hour late and I was told they could get the needed parts in 3 days and would do the repairs on the 4th day. I called on the 3rd day since they had not contacted me and was told that the parts were not in and they would probably have them on Tuesday which was another 5 days, at which time I told them to forget it I would find someone else.

Description of Work: Replace water intake valves on washing machine. Worker was very professional and a very nice guy.

Description of Work: We had one gas burner that needed to be replaced on our stove cook top. Frank, the technician, came out and reviewed the issue and had to order the burner. It took 3 weeks for the burner to come in and when it did Frank called and promptly repaired the stove. I don't think the 3 weeks was All-American's issue, it was the maker of the stove.

Description of Work: Replaced stabilizer parts in washer

Description of Work: Replaced glass on stove top. Very quick response and follow up for replacing the part. I definitely would call them again. I wish all repair services were as prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Reviewed and recommend replacement of fan motor in frig but too expensive so opted to buy another refrigerator.

Description of Work: We had a refrigerator in our garage that was no cooling. The service man was honest and said it was only a matter of time before it would stop cooling again and would be too costly to replace and buying a new would make more sense. He did provide a temporary fix that got us along until the next one was delivered. He did not charge extra for this. I would use again for out of warranty appliance.

Description of Work: Came in and they didn't know what was wrong with my washer and dryer so they decided to guess and just change parts that were fine. And when I try to get in contact with them there was no answer. They didn't show up when scheduled and at the end it cost me more. FML

Description of Work: They fixed an issue in freezer that caused a "no defrost" Refrig to ice up and cause trouble in top and bottom, because of an apparent, as he called it a design flaw in a 2012 model of my refrigerator. The excellent service tech put in a part that would not only fix the problem but prevent it from happening again, a little heat sensor, etc. |Quoted me $115.00 at the start for the services. Also fixed a light fixture issue, that I did not ask him about till toward the end, the light would come on an off arbitrarily and he fixed it for not extra cost. |I am very happy with All American from start to finish. The Tech was very professional and nice and leaving my kitchen/house clean. |AWESOME all the way, with service like this I would not use anyone else. |I feel for the time and work he did the price was very fair, not to mention the go the extra mile service. | |Rick
