Description of Work: Back up in my sewer line. They came, it worked. They didn't charge me anything, but I bought some cleaner that will last a year.

Description of Work: They came out same day to flush a water heater, and answer some other questions I had. I ended up letting them fix those questions I had. The guy that came out was clean cut and professional. He worked hard and fast and was great at answering questions that I had. I will be having them out again in the near future to fix a few more things that they could not fix because my water would not shut off at the main or at the house. Very Impressed!

Description of Work: Tech inspected our water heater. disconnected varies components, inspected each item, explained what was wrong and what was ok. There was nothing wrong with the unit except maybe a little old. We requested quote for a waterless water heater. The tech took the time to explain everything that we should be aware of and what would be needed to replace the existing water heater. The tech was here well over a hour explaining what to do. And get this "NO CHARGE". WE are going to convert to a waterless heater and without a doubt we will use Admiral, infact we will use and recommend Admiral to everyone we know and to call Admiral before calling anyone else. Great company,

Description of Work: I had three toilets that were backing up late in the day. I called Admiral around 9:00 PM to set up a visit for 1/19 and reached a man who was very professional in listening to my problem. I did not get his naame, but he suggested my problem was related to the septic tank and not just the interior plumbing. He told me that Admiral did not do septic work, but he did give me a name of a septic service company that they use. I did not contact his suggested septic service, but I did reach a local company which I used years ago. I was very pleased with the fact that Admiral answered the phone at a late hour and I received professional, courteous advice. I will call them when the need arises.

Description of Work: Professional and responsive, came out on a weekend and did not charge extra for that, had the water heater that I needed and replaced it quickly and easily. Quickest $650 I ever spent! And happily, too.

Description of Work: Memorial weekend and we needed a plumber !! Called 4 companies and Admiral was the ONLY company to call back---and fast !! Thanks I will use this company again.

Description of Work: Got estimate for $50 for backflow; East Coast does it competently for $25 @ Ibis.
