Work went well. Tony was very professional and patient with my Mother and Father. He was very methodical with his troubleshooting of their original issue which was lack of hot water in the guest and master bath. It was discovered that the mixing valve needed to be replaced in the wall behind the guest bathroom shower. He even wore little shoe covers as to not track debris through the house. The main shut off valve to the house replacement was a known issue that they elected to address while he was there.

Good! I found that it is wise to have more than one thing to fix/do when they come or the cost is too high, in my opinion. When they take care of a couple of things, it evens out. I found a leak and knew that I wanted a new faucet, so bought one and had them install it after fixing the leak.

He was good. I was satisfied with their service. The guy was very nice. There was one guy they sent here I didn't like. He had a crummy attitude. Their price was decent.The last two calls I remember somebody came for something and he was also a very decent guy, nice guy, did his work, and explained everything. They were a little late, but I understood with the plumbers. They were maybe half hour after they were supposed to come. Their work was so good and the guy didn't come here with a crummy attitude which is rare up here. They came the same day and they called.

I would give them an A on everything, except I would give them a B on price.

I called at 0800 and they were here at 11:30. They called 30 mins before arriving. The cost was par with other services. The attendant, Wayne, was conscientious, friendly, and left the kitchen clean. All one can ask for. I will use them again. From what I could tell they are well stocked with parts. The truck has a lift gate for large items such as water heaters.

~Efficient, professional, and quick. I called at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. I had a non-emergency issue, and was immediately scheduled in for 0900 am Monday morning. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, and friendly. The technician, Anthony M., was both knowledgeable and efficient.

I called Admirable at 11 AM after finding a surprise severely leaking water heater and determining online that a lower area leak could not be repaired. I had already researched the Consumer Reports ratings for the best brands of new heaters, and then selected the highest rated Angie's plumber available on Saturday. I called Admirable and was able to get an installation at 2 PM! At 2, in a shiny white truck loaded with 3 sizes of replacement heaters, Joseph S. showed up with a smile, a spotless uniform, and an estimate of the 2 hour completion time and price. He worked non-stop while I kept out of his way, and he remembered to remind me 15 minutes before he was finished so I could get the Angie's coupon off the computer. He explained what was needed from an electrician to upgrade my circuit, but since I wasn't sure I would write it down correctly myself, he graciously detailed the instructions on my bill. In all, Joseph S is the technician I want for any future plumbing. I specify his last name is with an S because there is more than one Joseph. He reflects very positively on the image of Admirable, which was already very high because they got a "Super Service Award" from Angie's!

I called a plumbing referral service listed on the internet - " Plumbing Help 24 / 7" for a repair on a gas line leading to my generator. They referred me to Admiral Plumbing. These guys came to my house and quoted me a price that was almost twice what another plumber quoted me. I thought this guy was nuts. When I told him he was way too high, he didn't even come down a dollar. I told them goodbye. These contractors try to rip you off anyway they can. They think you have the word STUPID on your forehead. They want to make the same money as a doctor or lawyer, with their limited education. This is one of those companies that is somehow doing so well, that they throw out ridiculous prices, knowing that more than half the people will not respond. They make their money on the small amount of suckers who do. Well there's always an honest reasonable plumber out there, you just have to get about 10 estimates before you find him. Don't contact this company, they will rip you off !

The timeliness of the service they responded the best in terms of how quickly they were able to come out and replace the hot water heater. The pricing was the best that I found. They had some problems getting the old water heater on their truck and asked me to help out in which is something I didn't want to. So, I don't attribute that to the company as much as I attribute it to the young fellow that they sent out to do the work. The company overall i was very satisfied with. The fellow finally called somebody from the office to come help him put it on the truck.

We called and in less than two hours a plumber was at our house fixing the issue. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!

From urgent call to completion, total time without hot water was 3 hours. Polite and professional installer and office follow up after completion to check if I was satisfied with the job.

On a scale of 1 to 10 the service the professionalism and the repair we're all and 11! top notch!

Anthony, the plumber who was sent was knowledgeable, fast and even removed the old water heater. He was also very kind to my anxious dog who often barks out of fear and just needs a stranger to show him a little kindness. I am thankful we called and would definitely recommend this company and especially Anthony for all of our future plumbing needs!

I called Admiral Plumbing on Saturday, March 18th after I noticed that a portion of my daughter's carpet was wet. The area affected is near the main water supply line so I figured a plumber could help me determine the problem. .Ariel from Admiral Plumbing came to my house the same day and put his ear against the exterior wall in my daughter's room and said that he could hear the leak. He called a water mitigation company to do the dryout and ultimately the reconstruction. Ariel explained that he will probably have to reroute the main water supply once the room is dry but there is a possibility that I will need to repipe my house. He estimated the reroute at $1200 and the repipe at $8900. To get started, I needed to pay him $450 for leak detection and a deposit of $500 for future work. The water mitigation company arrived and Ariel told me to keep the water off and he will come back on Monday between 10-12 to fix the problem. Ariel and his supervisor returned on Monday the 20th at 12:20. I told him that when I turned the water on, the pipe under the bathroom sink began to leak. He looked at me and said "that's not good" and told his supervisor. Within 5 minutes, they determined that I needed to repipe my house at a cost of $12,000. They told me that they needed to pull permits but could start the work the next day if I gave them 65% ($7000) in addition to the $500 I had already paid. I told them that I didn't have $7000 and I need to talk to my insurance company. I also asked how they could be so sure when they had not drilled through the cinder block to expose the pipe. They told me this is common in homes the same age as mine and because Ariel could hear the leak, a repipe was in order. I told them that I could not give them $7000 and that I need to talk to my insurance company and they left. I called my insurance company who agreed to put me in a hotel since I could not use the water. On Tuesday, I called another plumber who agreed to come by on Thursday, March 23rd and look at the problem. I called Admiral and asked for the return of my $500 deposit. The second plumbing company arrived on Thursday and could not find the problem and told me they would return the next day to drill into the wall to look at the water pipe. On Friday, the new plumbers returned and exposed the pipe and determined that I DID NOT HAVE A LEAK. The pipes were dry and the plumbing system was in good shape. They searched the attic for a roof leak and flooded under the window in an attempt to recreate the problem. Finally, they sprayed the window with water and determined that the leak was in the window seal/frame and not the plumbing. A sprinkler had been turned to face the house and was blasting water against the window and the house causing a leak. I called Admiral because I had used them in the past. I was charged $450 for "leak detection" which consisted of the plumber putting his ear to the wall. I was told that I needed to repipe my house when I didn't have any plumbing issues. I kept the water off in my house for days and my special needs daughter and I drove back and forth from our home to the hotel to shower when I never had a plumbing problem to begin with. I took time off work, stressed out my daughter and lost $450 because Admiral Plumbing thought they could get thousands of dollars out of me. I will never use the company again and will tell others to stay away from them.

I called and within 2 hours, they were on site. He quickly found the source of the leak and only charged a service call. He knew the mildew/mold needed a clean up crew to handle, and he called their partner to come do that. I expected them to come another day and take a week or so to get to it. Nope. They came about an hour later, looked at the issue, and had a crew come and fix it SAME DAY! So a mess we discovered was completely resolved in one day and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. It was a true pleasure. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Miguel showed up very soon after our call. He was very professional and kept me posted throughout the procedure. By 2:00 the same day we had a new hot water heater, the old one was removed, and the garage was left clean. We really appreciated the hot showers that evening. Very pleased and will continue to use Admiral for our plumbing needs.

They are extremely responsible, very professional, and priced reasonably.
