Description of Work: Called initially for leak under kitchen sink. Had to call them back 4 (FOUR) times to finally fix leak. We were Very displeased with the Quality of the work, considering they had to come back SO many times for SAME problem. Also, I volunteer in a facility that called Admiral Plumbing for some problems. SAME problem, we had to call them back Several times for the problem they 'supposedly' fixed on the First trip. It is hard for me to believe that companies who provide this kind of POOR service stay in business!

Description of Work: fix shower head; the guy came in and was arrogant asking for specific drinks; I only have water so I gave him; his assistant broke the new shower head to be installed and they were going to leave without doing the job and was already charging me the $157.00. I told them to do the shower head and he offered a one shower head and gave it for free. He didn't do caulking around shower head.

Description of Work: We had a humming/leaking toilet and were finally sick of it. I called approx 5 different companies I found on Angies List that were right in my neighborhood. It was a Monday and no one could come out the same day, I called around 11am. Finally, I called Admiral Plumbing and they said that someone could be out w/in the hour. I wasn't convinced since I read they were based in Jupiter. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they should up in less than 1/2 an hr. The young man was curteous and professional. I noticed he even tried to kick off any excess dirt from shoes prior to entering our home. He seemed to know immediatly the solution and had parts in the truck ready to use. I was given an estimate before any work was done and that price was honored. Unfortunately, a couple hours after he left our toilet started humming again. We called them back and the same man came back the next day and realized a leak went undetected. He ordered the part needed and returned 2 days later and finished the job. He also informed us of a recall issued by the manufacturer on our particular toilet and gave us info to have the company to basically send us new "guts" for both our bowls.

Description of Work: On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, our shower handle broke off in my hand with the water running! Called Admiral at 9:00 a.m., the plumber arrived before 10:00. Had to melt a piece for removal and solder another. In and out within an hour and we felt the price was very fair for a Sunday morning, holiday weekend "emergency" call. Will definitely use them again. Also, friendly, courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: Awesome! I called them on a Sunday morning to repair the damage that the movers made on the water tap for the washer and dryer. Before I knew it, Tom was at my door! Not only did he fix the problem he made sure it was done right and cleaned up. Thank you!
