Description of Work: the technician removed the old water heater. he changed the supporting |plates. he then adjusted the intake and outgoing pipes positions according to the city code. they took the old water heater away and also their working area professionally. |the technician also tested the run the new water heater to make sure it worked as intended.

Description of Work: I don't have the paperwork in front of me for exact date or cost, but they were amazing. We had a leak out front and weren't sure if it was town related or house related. Turned out to be house and we called them. It was fixed immediately and he even came in and did a few small things in the house such as a faucet was dripping and changed out a stopper. We have already added them to our book for our regular plumber!!! Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: They came on time and found out that everything was fine and did not charge me anything. They were very polite and will defiantly call them again.

Description of Work: Called them last minute. They responded the following day and repaired my hot water heater in my rental unit. Excellent service.

Description of Work: They replaced my sink in the kitchen a log with installing a new faucet and re-hooking up my reverse osmoses water faucet.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced the broken pipe in attic. He knew what he was doing and was very informative. He let us know exactly what needed to be done. I did not have any comparison for price quotes. But, he did not disappoint.

Description of Work: Called Admiral to install a laundry sink in my garage. I had sink and faucet set. I thought the plumber said it would be $333 - however when he came back the next day to do the work I found out it was $833 - an outrageous sum! I declined and my handyman did the work for $350.

Description of Work: They told me that it would be a waste of my money for them to inspect the lines as they believed they knew what the problem was and told me what they thought it was.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water tank. Some additional charges which were a bit of surprise. But great job.

Description of Work: unplugged a bath tub and toilet that was plugged with grout and fixed a bathtub drain cap that had disconnected from the chain that controls it (fished the chain out to reconnect it).

Description of Work: I called them first thing on Saturday morning about a smell in the master bathroom. A technician was scheduled to come out at noon. Ten minutes later, I was called back asking if I wanted to reschedule for 10:30 AM as another technician was free. He showed up 10 minutes early and carefully listened as I explained the problem. He then explained how doing a smoke test for vent pipe leaks in a condominium was difficult and that most likely, the smell was coming from the 30 year old drain pipes. He recommended that I use an enzyme powder (which is eco-friendly) to clean the drains for a week and if that didn't clear up the smell, to call back and they would perform the smoke test. I was appreciative that he didn't pressure me into buying or doing anything. I decided to purchase the cleaner from them, used it for seven days, and the smell did disappear. I will definitely consider Admiral first for any future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They gave an estimate of 1000 for simple job. We ended up going with another plumber who.completed work for 150. They called back and reduced their estimate from 1000 down to 250. Outrageous. Would never recommend them. Felt like a scam.
