Matthew came to the rescue! When I made the appointment I thought about asking for the company to send a very knowledge person to fix this problem once and for all, but decided not to since this was going to be a free estimate. Well I must say I was very happy that it was Matthew that showed up! He Explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Most importantly he found the blockage that the other guy didn’t. We are back to full flush! I will be using Admiral Plumbing again and asking for Matthew! Thanks again Matthew for a neat and detailed job!

Excellent. They came when they said they would. The tech "Mike" answered every question that I had. Installation was performed without needing to come back another day. Works great.

Wonderful timely service. They made me aware of new regulations I wasn't aware of which did make the cost a little bit higher. They had to drill through the wall and install a new back up line so if it leaks it doesn't leak in the house. The man was pleasant and they offered a guarantee of the work. They did a great job.

I called Admiral in the morning and Joseph arrived on time the same afternoon. What I thought was a much bigger problem turned out to be a matter of turning on the hot water valve under the sink. It took Joseph about 15 seconds to fix the problem that I had been living with for a long time. And he said there was no charge for coming out. Wow! I'm impressed with Admiral's responsiveness and professionalism and Joseph was a really nice guy. I will definitely call them again.

Richard H. was our service pro. He came out and helped us determine what size water heater we needed to fit our needs. Richard returned the next day and install the new heater. He was very professional and finished in a timely manner. Richard stayed to make sure that the heater was working properly and cleaned everything up.

It went extremely well, I can't say enough about Admiral Plumbing and Chris L. Very realiable and knowledgeable.

I feel as though they took advantage of my being elderly and disable. I am 72. They never told me there was a service fee for looking at the problem of $125.00. Then a $50.00 to replace a ring that I could have bought at Home Depot for $3.00. Moreover, replace if I were not in a wheelchair. The total time at my home was nine minutes. Because I complained they charged me $125.00 outrageous.

A salesman by the name of Joe showed up on time and ready to sell. He droned on and on about what was needed except he "forgot" about the extra money it would cost to add an on/off switch, but since he "forgot", he would include that $300 service for "free". He also "found" a $25 off coupon somewhere on the internet. The problem is, even with all of these "discounts", the estimate was still over $400 more money than my other five bids. The other problem I had was that Joe said he would be doing the work, but when I looked up the license number on his business card, the plumbers license belonged to a person by the name of Richard Bassoff. I wound up hiring a self employed licensed master plumber for much less money, so I'm guessing Admiral has a lot of layers of workers to expense. To Admiral's credit, they did require a permit, so they are at least trying to keep themselves out of hot water. They were also the only company to follow up and find out if I was interested in their service.

Excellent work. Serviceman was very nice, quick and clean. Fast response.

Tony showed up and determined he needed to replace the old heater (1992) with a new one, remove and reroute several copper pipes, reroute the electrical wiring, and haul away the old water heater. The entire job took about 5 hours, and Tony was professional and did a fantastic job and now we have hot water throughout our home. Admiral Plumbing and Tony are absolutely wonderful.

When you call the Admiral office, we find the entire staff to be very helpful and professional. As a repeat customer we have gotten to know Nancy, Lori or Mindi, all are terrific and looking to help you what ever you need. When we call we always request Miguel for our service needs. We are a general contracting company and appreciate Miguel's can do attitude. Miguel is devoted to his trade and consistently fully engaged to give you a great job, he is old school when it comes to quality and service, if we were to rate Miguel's work we would say "the best."

I was extremely pleased. I called around 9:30 am on a Friday, and was given a same-day appointment for someone to come out and take a look. Matthew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was polite, courteous, and friendly. He explained how he was going to replace the older fixtures, and even offered tips for how I could perform maintenance on my own. He took time to explain why he needed to turn the water off at the main (to ensure no damage to the water shut-off at the house) and explained how he took care not to burn a PVC cover near by AC unit while he was using his torch to complete the repairs. He was able to finish the job in about an hour and offered me a discount since I had several items that needed to be fixed. I am so happy with the work that was done and with the entire process! Thank you so much!!

I went to Angies's List; plugged in the relevant information and perused the companies, their ratings, and comments. The reason I selected Admiral was their written responses to any concerns written by their clients. That to me says they care about their clients and Admirals reputation. Made the call to Admiral Plumbing at 1:00PM. The lady (working from home because their office was without power) advisd me that someone would be out by 3:00PM. I received a call at 1:22PM that stated that some was on his way. Mike attived shortly thereafter assess the problem stated the price and went to work. Because of the unique type of plumbing, Mike did not have the parts but left and returned within the hour. Repair took less than twenty minutes!!!! I honesly done think one could get much better service. Admiral was prompt, professional, and provided excsptional service. Mike is a credit to company. About price: when I contract for service, I wantit done right and not cheap. I want value for my money......I got this and more from Admiral. They are my go to plumbers for future repairs. Very professional. I sent a message via Angie's list, and got a call within a minute. The service was scheduled for the next business day. Tony, the plumber they dispatched, was on time, and he did an excellent job, He rechecked everything for leaks before he left, and cleaned up after he was done.

They service was fabulous. They showed up on time, they were in and out, fair price. So if I had a plumbing problem I would probably go them again to be honest.

Admiral, and Ryan, the service pro were great. They met my tight schedule and were price competitive. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, practical, and efficient with his time. Definitely knew his stuff. Final price was consistent with estimate. I would definitely use admiral and Ryan again.

Totally impressed with the quality of the work and Wayne's professionalism. I will definitely use Admiral in the future. Their follow up was also outstanding. They arranged the county inspection at my convenience and It was approved without any glitches.

They were fast and neat but I remember it being to expensive. The work turned out good.

I cannot say enough how pleased I have been working with this company. We called Admiral because our water heater was going on the fritz and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. They scheduled our appointment for a saturday (saturday hours save us since we can't take off work). They evaluated and told my husband that our water heater needed to be replaced. I wasn't home so he didn't commit to anything. Once we spoke we decided to go ahead with the replacement. My husband called them back and they came out AGAIN for us same day to do another appointment and replace our water heater. The technician was great and went above and beyond. But then we noticed our water still wasn't getting hot. It was staying warm but not ever increasing past warm. Hubs called them back on a Wednesday during the day they said they'd be out same day!!! They arrived promptly the exact time I said I would be home. The tech looked everything over and they turned up the thermometer for us. He could have just assumed it was that right away but he didn't he made sure to check the water temp etc. Overall 10/10.
