Description of Work: Ok - except one toilet leaked all over and required water mitigation team to come back. Admiral actually tried to get the water mitigation company to come in and give me a quote. I told them I paid $1200 to have my toilet valves fixed by a professional. I’m not paying for this. Eventually admiral paid for the team to bring dehumidifiers etc. I am going to have to paint my first floor ceiling though. Very expensive and big pain.

Description of Work: Needed two things done with plumbing. After the quotes were given said would check with my husband and let them know. Called back to give our decision on how to proceed and get final quote using "coupon" and said I'd call back to schedule exact date because I was going out of town . Called back when returned and scheduled appointment and confirm quote. Big mistake on my part, didn't write down name of woman I confirmed it with. Plumber came out and I asked if he was clear on what was being done, he then described the original scenario the first guy came for. I said no and told him what was supposed to be done and the price I had been quoted when I made the appointment. He said he had to call the office and after 10-15 minutes came back with a price that was at least $100 higher than the agreed upon price. He said he had talked to his boss and the boss said my quote was not right and that none of his people had given it and he was sure the woman that wasn't in that day would have either. When I said no he started hedging like he would negotiate but I said if they couldn't even keep their quotes straight I didn't want to see what else they would screw up and if I was in error they didn't want me as a customer because I wouldn't be good to do business with. So I said "bye bye" and he seemed very surprised. I later heard (to be fair, no written proof but from a rather reliable source) that the guys earn a percentage of the business their truck produces which means they can be motivated to charge what they want to benefit themselves.

+ -1 moreOur overall experience was very good. It was a weekend and they were very prompt. They even came out earlier to look what we had in there and told us it was leaking. Even though it was on a weekend they didn't charge us the weekend up charge. It was good, I was very happy.

They installed the heater in the afternoon of the same day as promised. They took away the old and cleaned the area. I am going to tell all my friends to use them. They get an A in my book

Found Admirals Plumbing Service on Angie's List and called not thinking anyone would answer besides a machine and i got a wonderful young man that answered the phone. I told him that i didn't have any hot water and that i didn't know what kind of water heater I had. He told me not to worry that he would be there within the hour. He showed up, looked at my water heater leaking all over my garage shut the water off right away and told me that I had a 40 gallon Natural Gas water heater and it needed to be replaced. He gave me the price and i assumed that he would have to leave and go get the new heater making me miss my family BBQ at 12pm.He then opened up his truck and said he has a rolling warehouse on wheels and that I would make my BBQ. He Installed the heater, got most of the water up and the job was finished, spotless and on time. He let me use a coupon I found on their web site as well and I got to take a shower before my family BBQ. What looked like a bad start to the New Year, turned out to be a wonderful experience with the only plumber i will ever use Admiral Plumbing Services........

+ 0 moreOn Thanksgiving day our garbage disposal drain clogged and water starting backing up and pouring over into the sink. This situation became quite dramatic when the dishwasher started draining and that water poured into the disposal and then backed up and overflowed into the sink. We called Admiral Plumbing at 9:10 am Friday and spoke to a very nice representative who said the plumber would be here between 10 and 12. Forty minutes later she called back and said he was on his way. He arrived just after 10 am and finished the job in less than 30 minutes, including clean up and replacing all our under-sink cleaning supplies back exactly where they had been. He did not spill a drop of drainwater in our cabinet. We consider it a perfect job! They also accepted a $5 discount coupon that they offered on their website!
