Started perfect and end perfect......

I discusse the situation with Ryan of Admiral Plumbing, who was working on a property adjacent to my office. He told me to locate the Mainline and Cleanout for my residence. I went to the City of Delray Beach and had them come out and locate the Sanitary Sewer Line and Service Connection for my property. The city painted the location on the ground as well as other nearby underground utilities nearby. I was able to find the Mainline about 24" below the ground level and exposed the line and cleanout to the residence with considerable effort. I also removed the Toilets to make it easier for the plumber in the event he had to access the lines from the toilets. The aforementioned efforts took a couple of days. I then called Admiral and made an appointment for 2/02/2012. Ryan was on time and went to work. He attempted to snake the Mainline and his drill motor would not work. I let him use one that I had and also an extension cord. I assisted him in his efforts. There were two major blockages in the Mainline. He removed them and Mainline was cleared out. He then set up the video equipment. He had difficulty getting the camera to work. He inserted the camera into the line and it was still not working. He kept trying and was finally able to view it, although I was able to see anything. He reported that there were no serious problems other than scaling in the cast iron pipes due to aging. He suggested having the jetted with high pressure. He then packed up his gear and I paid the fee. Ryan was curteous and polite and also very competant. I feel the the fee was on the expensive side due to the fact that I had performed a major part of the work, i.e., Locating, Digging Up and backfilling the the mainline and removing and replacing the toilets and installing a new cleanout in the Mainline THIS IS AN UPDATE: Rich, an owner of Admiral Plumbing, called and discussed the situation and asked what would it take to satisfy me. I asked for a refund of $250.00. He agreed. I received the check and it cleared the bank. Rich was extremely concerned about his rating on angie's list and rightly so. I am sure that if it hadn't been for Angies List I would have never heard from Admiral Plumbing after I paid the bill.

Great communication, arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed problem, repaired the clog line quickly and left no mess. Definitely recommend!

Before doing the work,I was given every option and the price of each option, including purchasing a new toilet and having it installed. He made certain that the other 7 units in my building were aware that the water would be turned off for about 15 minutes, and he got that portion of the job done as quickly as he could so he could get the water turned on again right away. He replaced all the necessary parts and cleaned the entire area in about 90 minutes. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I got an estimate for replacing my water heater before he left, as I will definitely be calling Admiral's again for my plumbing needs.

Great customer service. Prompt response to calls, even came back 3 different times because of a problem that was my fault when a guest of the hotel I manage did not leave and they were not able to get into the room. They didn't even charge me a service charge!

Tommy from Admiral Plumbing arrived promptly for appointment. Listened and inspected what needed to be repaired. Offered a written price quotation, which I agreed to and signed. Performed all work quickly. He actually fixed one of the bathroom faucet handles at no charge. He was very professional and courteous. He advised not to use the shower for at least one hour while the silicone dried. I inspected work and paid for the bill.

Ben showed up right on time and was very professional. Everything went smoothly and now we have hot water again! I have kids, so it's great to have a company that you can trust in your home. I'll be using them again soon to change out my bathroom faucets.

Called for estimate visit on Thursday, rep came within 1.5 hours of call (6 p.m.). Dered and installed water heater the next morning. Got it done, cleaned up, and were out in time for us to make a 3:00 pm doctor appointment with time for a shower before same! All reps and techs (including the owner) were polite, informed, and able to deal with a partially deaf, half blind homeowner with grace. One reason we called Admiral after looking at Angie's List and their yellow pages ad was that they carried the brands and types of water heating systems we had researched. After talking to the estimate rep we were very impressed with his product and product performance knowledge. He answered all our questions about tankless water heaters (which we did not buy due to cost). Having used Admiral for an urgent matter, we are asking them back for less urgent work on toilets and faucets in this same month.

Overall, we were satisfied. He told us that it was probably an animal that had crawled in the drain that probably died. He told us the smell would eventually go away in which it did. When he was here he told us he would do a home inspection on our plumbing fixtures and he did. He made suggestions on things we might need to have done in the future.

It was 5:00pm on a holiday weekend. Not good. I went to Angie's and saw the reviews for Admiral. I called and the plumber said he's come over within the hour. He did. The leak was 20" below grade and he worked through the sandy muck and cut-off the bad pipe and replaced. I think it took him longer than he planned but he hung in there. Plumbers aren't inexpensive and for the location of the leak and the holiday weekend I though the price was fair.

I called several plumbing companies/plumbers and had very little luck finding someone to come quickly. (nasty problem, sewage was backing up in all toilets and showers as the main line was completely blocked). I got another company to set an appointment for later in the day. But the need for toilets made me try one more A rated AL company. I certainly am glad, from my first contact with Admirals it was 45 min until the tech showed! impressive! The tech fixed the problem within 2 hours. The price was a bit high, but the tech seemed to recognize my slightly unhappy look and ended up exceeding my expectations by re-building the basic workings of my MBR toilet. Then I found a coupon so it was a little less money in the end. Very good experience. Minus the smell of course.

We had already called three plumbers, had to leave a message, and had not heard back from any of them. Admiral Plumbing answered the phone (did not have to leave a message) and gave us an approximate time this afternoon. We were called when they were on the way. Upon arrival we were given a quote and the repair was made. Very professional, clean, and fair pricing. We will definitely use them again. Very satisfied.

Came on time same day called. Quoted a price and completed job for quoted price. No problems, no surprises.

We had a burst pipe in the garage. I immediately looked up a plumber on Angie's List, and promptly decided to call Admiral Plumbing Services. My call was answered promptly and courteously, and they had a technician at our home within 30 minutes. Our problem was quickly resolved, and for a reasonable price. In addition, we asked the technician about additional work we were considering, and he advised us that the work we were considering would greatly increase our electric bill; we very much appreciated his honesty.Prompt, professional, fair, and affordable. We will definitely rely upon them for our future plumbing needs.

Provided a quote over the phone. Turned up in less than an hour and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Very professional, fast, clean and fairly priced. Would definitely use again.

Admiral Plumbing "hit it out of the park" so to speak as it relates to their responsiveness to my initial inquiry, immediacy of coming to my home for an estimate, and professionalism and knowledge while they were here. I was highly impressed until they never followed up with a quotation on running a gas line to my kitchen. I never heard from them again.

The person who came was friendly, patient and very helpful. He even turned down some work that a handyman could do for less money. The job was done quickly and well and we have had no other problems.

The man arrived right on time. He recommended going in from the roof vent said it would take about an hour and estimated $185. Both estimates were right on, and there was no wasted time. Excellent service all around.

This company performed so well the first time, I called them back to do non emergency work. Excellent service. Professional work. The garbage disposal I bought did not have a cord, so they gave me one at no extra charge. AND...I just received a thank you card from them. When is the last time you received a thank you card from your service provider?

I called and was able to get an appointment the following week for service. The plumber was very nice, answered all my questions. When I asked him about a waterless heater (just got a brand new water heater when we purchased the house) he told me that I was better off with what I had and went on to explain why. Asked him about a few other things and he told me it would be cost prohibitive or not worth it. I felt he was very honest and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I was a bit suprised by the cost though. I did not pay by the hour, instead I got an itemized estimate. I really don't know if it is in line or not. Just needed the work done that week and they did it well.

Excellent response, excellent service. I have already scheduled him to do some unrelated work. Angie's list ROCKS. Yet another great company.

The owner of the company showed up (amazing!) and on time to take care of the problem. He cleared the clog quickly, then educated me on how to prevent it in the future. I lot of things I had been sending down the disposal was contributing to the clog. I also used a discount coupon on Angie's List! Very helpful! I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you ever have any plumbing issues.
