Didn't use them, called Papa's Plumbing and they repaired the 3 handle faucets for $275 and replaced the outdoor faucet as well--no extra charge! Papa's Plumbing would have put in a one handle faucet for $425 -- $200 less! It pays to price shop!

It went perfectly. I left the man to his job and he came back within an hour and did a wonderful job!

Overall, an excellent experience. Technician was almost an hour late, though.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. I joined Angies List today desperate to find a decent plumber and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. I called Admiral at 10.30 this morning and they had someone here to do a free estimate by 12.30. I was so impressed with the service at that point I agreed to go ahead when Josh said he could do the work today. He carried out the work in a thorough and efficient way leaving everything clean and tidy but more importantly he did not rush the job and took the time to really investigate what the problems were resulting in some essential discoveries about why we had been having problems for so many years - namely that surprise surprise the builder had made some fundemental errors when doing the original installlation. Admiral took care of the extra work without addiing to the original estimate in return for not giving the 150 angies discount which to be honest I think was more than fair given all the extra time spent the additional parts and the need for a second visit tomorrow. I could not be happier and will NEVER look elswhere for a plumbing service. I've hope this review will inspire other people to use them.

Awesome, they came in did what they had to do, even had to cut drywall, they did in such a way you could beryl ray tell after some sparkle. Clean, quick and professional, you might find cheaper, however with this company I will never worry about the quality of work.

The girl who answered the phone was super friendly and knowledgeable and hooked me up with the plumber in a timely manner. He was here in a little over an hour and had the problem fixed very quickly. Ryan was the tech and he was incredibly pleasant to work with and did a decentjob. Cleaned up and everything. Admiral was about $89 bucks more expensive than my regular plumber, who has done similar work. But my regular plumber does NOT work weekends. So Admiral will be my new plumber. Thanks all.

They gave appointment on same day and showed up on time. They were prompt, efficient and polite. Performed work to satisfaction. Only complaint was that initial price quote was $90.00 higher than what they ultimately agreed to charge after I questioned why they wanted so much for a 1/2 hour job.

After checking Angie's list and not liking the scenerio that our old plumber gave us and the way he talked down to me, we decided to get a second opinion. We liked the reviews given to Admiral Plumbing and decided to try them. We set up an appointment for Friday, June 13th and very capable, friendly and professional Josh showed up. I told him what the other plumber had said about having to tear out the wall and the extreme measures it might take to unclog our 42 year old bathroom sink. The other plumber had said that trying to snake it might tear it up and cause leaks and even flooding in the wall. Josh assured us that he had a method for doing this which would not tear up the pipes or cause the walls to be torn up, but would take a little longer. He snaked out our sink with no problems and finally, after years of really slow drainage had free flowing water. Total cost, labor only: $125.00. He gave us an estimate to connect the new sink faucet we got, and because we didn't want to tear up the wall in the tub/shower area, he had to locate a Delta system that could replace the one we had. We had to coordinate all this with the cabinet making company that was installing a new vanity, mirror and wall cabinet. So, we had him come back on July 13th in the afternoon, after the cabinet guys installed the vanity and cut the hole for the new sink and faucet. He fitted the faucet and caulked down the new sink, replaced all the old valves and pipes under the sink, but needed a different drain piece than the one that came with the faucet, so we agreed that he would come back on Monday, July 16th giving the caulking time to dry also. He came back this morning and in a little over an hour, finished the faucet install, and installed our bathroom tub/shower area hardware that was included in the price. We had an old crystal type ball handle that I didn't like and he had thought we would have to have the same, but new, but he found a lever that would work and I was very happy about that change. He also installed a new shower head/hand-held shower that we had purchased at Home Depot.Total cost of labor and parts: $475.00. Time will tell, but it looks great and nothing is leaking. I was very happy that no walls had to be torn up. Great company, good quality work and very friendly and competent employees. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I called Admiral Plumbing and spoke with a very nice person on the phone. I was concerned that the job was too small, or that they didn't install a disposal unless I bought one from them. She assured me that there was no job too small for their company. The person sent was very efficient and performed a timely install. No mess or other problems. They have a 30 day warranty for the installation service.

A shot glass was in our garbage disposal on a Sunday morning when it was turned on. Needless to say, the shards of glass broke the disposal. We found Admiral Plumbing on Angie's List. I contacted them at 8:30 AM through their web site. They called me at 9:10 (10 minutes after they opened) to schedule an appointment that day. We received a call when the plumber was on his way. He showed up and described exactly what was happening. He was going to attempt to clean out the glass instead of replace the entire disposal. He was able to clean out the glass after about 30 minutes and the disposal works as good as new. Also, while he was looking at the disposal, he noticed an issue with our faucet. The hot setting was cold and the cold was hot. He took the faucet apart and fixed it. All works well now. We will definintely call Admiral for future plumbing needs.

They were here on time. Dave went above and beyond with everything. He was incredible. He was here from 8am to 10pm working on the job. I would give him an A+ overall.

I been using them for 5 years. Am I happy with their work. They're punctual, and turn up when they said they're going to turn up. The price is reasonable. They're very punctual. They came back and finished off the work after the tiles were done.

We had a problem with our guest bathroom toilet and sinks draining slow. Then water would backup in the bathtub. Called Admiral Plumbing Services on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment. The office called Monday AM and let us know the plumber was in route. Plumber showed up on-time (actually early) and was polite and quick with the diagnosis. He "snaked' the drain from the roof vent so as not to pull the toilet, which would have been more expensive. He verified there was a clog somewhere and the "snaking" removed the clog. Afterwards we ran as much water through as possible, and all was good. It's been about 4 days and still OK, so I believe the problem was solved correctly. Total time was around an hour. Overall, a very positive experience with Admiral Plumbing Services. Could not be more pleased. My only minor gripe was the price of the service. $150 for the service (actually $175 less a $25 coupon) seemed a bit high to me, but with that said the problem was fixed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs.

I was impressed both times I hired this plumber. I hope I have no further problems for a while, but I will call Admiral when I next need a plumber.

Amazing service from the 1st phone call to the end of the installation. I could not have asked for more amazing service then I received. The gentlemen Peter showed up on time, was more than happy to answer ALL my question, gave me and my husband plenty of time to make our decision on what size water heater. Peter did the job by himself which I am still amazed by. He removed the old water heater and cleaned the area. where worked. The job took a few hours, but I am very pleased with the amount of hot water that I have at all times. I would highly recommend this company and especially Peter.

This company was extremely helpful when they came out - the same day I called them! They were able to help fix the water faucet and washing machine without any issue and they were very nice in the process both on the phone and the tech himself. Woke up to find water all over the place. I called Admiral's office and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who gave me an appointment time for that same day. The plumber, Ryan, showed up on time and in a matter of 2 hours had my old water heater removed and a shiny new unit installed in it's place. Would never even know a service man had been in my home. The service was fantastic, pricing was very fair and I will definitely be calling Admiral for all of my future plumbing needs!
