About 08:30 am found water all over the floor from a leaky toilet tank. Serious leak, turned off the water below the tank. Spent an hour and a half with wet-dry vacuums and towels. About 9:30 a.m. called Admiral Plumbing in Jupiter spoke to a very nice and competent young lady. A little after 11:00 am they arrived, same day - 1.5 hrs later! Michael was the plumber, very nice and competent and caring man. I decided instead of replacing the insides of the 15 year old toilet tank I would upgrade to a higher and wider "ADA" compliant toilet from Toto. Yes, Mike upsold me, but there was no pressure, and it made a lot of sense. I looked online at the toilets he recommended while he was here, and with a phone call to his boss they matched the Amazon price even though he said it was their cost. So I paid the same in labor and service call, and got an upgraded toilet and a year warranty against leaks or damage. Definitely made sense. So - found leak at 08:30 a.m., dealt with responsive and caring and competent people, had a total repair and replacement done by 3:00 p.m. same day. Final analysis; top-notch company.

This was not an easy problem to fix. The first plumber sent unfortunately snaked the incorrect drain, but when he could not resolve the problem, he quickly contacted his supervisor who came out and remedied the situation. Eventually, after 3 hours, the drains in the entire house were cleaned, and all toilets and plumbing worked properly. The owner of the business was extremely understanding regarding our frustration with the initial response to the call, and he readily agreed to reduce the rate for the service. Instead of charging us hourly, he offered to settle the matter for a $180.00 flat fee. We were grateful for his willingness to consider the inconvenience we had initially endured, and I would definitely call this plumbing company again for services in the future.

My sink was full of dishes, my company was still staying with us and the sink was clogged. After looking thru many pages of Advertising I called Admiral plumbing. The woman who answered the phone calmed me down and assured me help was on the way. Within about two hours the serviceman arrived, assessed the situation, brought a huge machine into the kitchen and cleared the drain. He also advised me there was a leak and repaired that as well. We have used Admiral in the past to replace our water heater and called them when we discovered the leak under the kitchen sink. The technician Tommy was very professional, he came in and checked where the leak was under the sink. He showed us how the fittings was not the right size and this was causing the leak he then replaced the hoses under the sink and the leak stopped. He then showed us the different kitchen faucets and we selected the one that worked on our current sink and he installed the faucet. Every time I have used Admiral their service is excellent and professional.

The office staff was friendly and the technician arrived as scheduled and replaced the leaking water heater in record time. The entire process was as painless as possible. Managing rentals from out of state can be a challenge. Not with Admiral Plumbing - they were great! Quality service, fairly priced and great customer service to boot! I have a new plumber!

The tech was professional and he quickly and efficiently unblocked the kitchen sink with in a few minutes. He also replace a rubber o ring for us. He was clean, quick and resolved the issue in no time.

Preformed work on time and as scheduled. Costs seemed a little high but may be average considering it was on a weekend. The owner Rick did me good because the pressure relief valve also failed and he sent one of the technicians back to replace the valve that I purchased and he did not charge me for the call so I was impressed with that courtesy. Will definitely use their services again. And let me repeat that the cost may be reasonable due to the weekend because I have no other estimates to go by.

on July 5/2013 a had an appointment with this company to come to my house for the job and nobody showed up.I made a review and next week the owner called me and he said that there was a communication problem between the girl with the schedule and the technition guy and promise to give me a discount for the job if I agree to give him a second chanse.On July 12 the technition showed up on time and did the job but I did not expected to get this charge of $ 925.00 for the job in my house and on July 14/2013, $ 210.00 for RO system in my office,a $ 30.00 extra for the same job of installing a RO system in my office. I am curious to know what was the $ discount he promise to give me for the job. I belive that there is a problem with all companies and contractors.There is NO STANDARD FEE for one type of the job they have to do.Usualy they want to come to your house, see it and then give you an estimate base on the value of the house and not on a particular job they have to do, and that is not fair for any consumer. May be in the future there will be standard fees for a particular job, inforced by state law./

What a pleasant experience I had today with Admiral Plumbing Service. I called them at 10:30am and they were at my front door a couple of hours later and fixed my cracked water pipe underground by my front door. I can not express how appreciative and grateful I was for they quickly resolved a potential disaster that could have escalated if not checked out right away. I would most definitely recommend them and use them again. No questions asked.

This is my second experience with Admiral Plumbing Services, and I am very pleased with their quality of service on both occasions. This time, we were having problems with a bad sewer odor and slow drains. Called Admiral, made appointment. They arrived on time, and proceeded to diagnose issue. As it turns out, it was an issue with the city's holding tank / pump system. Turned out to be an electrical issue with the pump, which the city fixed. The tech had diagnosed the problem within minutes!! With that, on top of the fast service, they charged us nothing! Nada. Zero. Zilch. We were quite (happily) surprised by that. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs.

It went great. I would recommend Mike and Brandon to anyone who asks. They did exactly what they said they would do in the amount of time they said. They also cleaned up behind themselves and did not leave any kind of mess.

We had a leak and needed a plumber fast. They came out on time and were so very professional. Fixed our leak and was in our price range. We have them scheduled to come out next week and do our Water Heater. Very happy with their services..Would def refer Admiral Plumbing to our friends and family.

Last night I had no hot water and called and scheduled an appointment. There was a live person who answered the phone and scheduled. They even called me to tell me that the plumber was on the way. I like the fact that they have a free estimate service so that I knew the price prior to having the work done. The guy was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what was needed. Before starting the work he put down his work cloth so the heater would not leak onto my wood floor. He removed the old heater and cleaned out the whole area before installing the new one. He made sure that he tested the heater and that I had hot water before leaving.

I was very impressed with the entire operation, from the scheduling to the final installation and cleanup. The installer (Tommy) was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did a great job of replacing the old water heater that was located in a cramped, under-the-stairs location. The width of the new lowboy water heater actually required the removal of the door stops leading under the stairs. Tommy did a masterful job of removing and replacing the stops. Admiral Plumbing gets my vote of confidence.

Mole bit in to water line from meter to house -- discovered it at eleven this morning -- had City utilities come out and check it --they told me where the leak was -- noon called admiral plumbing -- very courteous reception she asked when i needed them out -- i said as soon as possible --she understood the urgency and checked 2 minutes later she ws back on line and told me tech would be there before 2pm -- tech arrived at 1:15 an hour later all fixed and back to running water -- Tech was prompt quality work --Yes i would use them again

Hot water heater was not producing hot water and indicator on top of the heater signaled that there was a problem with both the upper and lower elements.Serviceman, Miquel, tested and inspected both heating elements and found them to be in working order. In the process of connecting and reconnecting the connections it appeared that the hot water heater "reset" itself and began functioning again. Miquel informed us that our water heater is still under manufacturers warranty and that if the problem occurs again that we should call the manufacturer (whose number he showed us on the tank) and that the problem is most likely in the efficiency control box itself. He further explained that Admiral Plumbing would install the control box for us or replace the heater for us if needed. Only a few hours transpired from my original phone call to the completion of the job. I was pleasantly impressed with the friendly and professional manner of both the woman in the office ( who called me to notify me that Miquel was on his way, as she had promised) and Miquel while he was at our home. I wouldn't think twice about using them again or recommending them to others. My Angie's list membership has paid for itself already. God bless!

I had to call a plumber today because my home contractor friend who had promised to install a new toilet (in my second bathroom for my 88 year mother who is moving in in 2 weeks) failed to show up two weekends in a row to do the job I called Admiral for a quote at 10:40 a.m. The plumber arrived early (with a phone call to see if that was OK) at 1:20 p.m. and gave me an estimate for $175. He thoroughly explained what he would do and that he could do the work right then. I authorized the job and he was done at 2:30 p.m.! The install looks great. He cleaned up everything and left no debris or mess whatsoever. He was very very professional and courteous. This was an extremely positive experience and though I would have appreciated a slightly lower price; in the end, it was worth it. This is a class outfit, right down to the gal who answered my initial call.

It was amazing. It was a very complicated job and he was super with it.

Technition was great and knew his job.

They did an excellent job in replacing the leaking faucet in our kitchen with a new one we had purchased. They had come out previously and gave us a free estimate on the work. They were very professional, personable and helpful. On the day of the installation they were punctual and did a very professional job and we are very pleased with their work. They also looked at and fixed a leaking faucet in the sink in our W/D room for no extra charge and at our request gave us their opinion on the condition of our older hot water heater and the cost of alternative replacements. We couldn't be happier with their service and plan to use them for future work.

The service rep fixed our water heater, inspected our pump, looked at many other parts of the water system, and gave us some recommendations going forward to address the other problems. Very professional. Price was reasonable. I will use them again.

I called Admiral at 2:00pm and I was all taken care of by 5:00pm. Quick, professional and quality service.

Original phone quote ($150) was fair, onsite quote was a replacement of my entire water heater and electrical outlet ($880). They claimed to have tested my element and thermostat, this was not performed. I had a third party electrician replace the outlet alone for 50 bucks.

Jimmy was prompt, courteous, and professional. I have used Admiral's in the past and continue to be impressed.
