Admiral Plumbing replaced our water heater. They were able to do it on the day I called, and worked with my tenant to fit her schedule. The job cost a bit more than estimated, but for legitimate reasons, and they gave me a discount on the increase services. I was very pleased.

Admiral replaced a toilet and a bathroom sink. They were respectful, courteous and professional in demeanor. When the job was completed, their own clean-up made it impossible to tell that anything had even been done. Never, ever seen such a perfect calk line around a toilet or sink! They came an hr. late but called to let me know that. They didn't leave until the job was done, even though it was well past dinnertime. Super pleased!!

It was very nice we came home from vacation to find hot water heater leaking called Admiral thru came out same day replaced cleaned up let us know what was going on the whole time. I would highly recommend them

I needed to replace a sink and faucet. I called Admiral for a quote and she said she would send someone out to give me an estimate. I asked if she could just give me a ballpark figure, but she said she could not, but would have someone there within an hour. If I accepted the quote, they would do the work then. within 1 Hour, a serviceman showed up. I was on a tight budget. He gave me a quote that was higher than a big store gave me. Tommy, the serviceman, called his office and they matched the previous quote I had received! He had the sink, garbage disposal and faucet out in no time - then the nightmare! The corian counter top was so unevenly cut, that the new sink which had rails attached to the rim, was off by a 1/2" on each side. I would need a tile cutter to come and re-square the corian so the sink would fit. I was able to find a tile cutter to come over, in 15-20 min. The plumber waited the whole time and never complained! the tile cutter came in, reshaped the counter top, and the sink fit in perfectly!. I am so impressed by Admiral Plumbing! with all the problems and extra time he had to put into this "easy" job, the company did not charge me anything extra! I have scanned their card and will be referring them out to a few friends and family and business associates. I recommend this company 100%

Called Saturday by Tenant, no water pressure. After having another company come out and saying it wasnt the water softener but plumbing issue, I googled online and Admiral Plumbing was at the top. The technician came out within 3 hours of the call, and within the time-frame I was told. The tech was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. ( which was different from the first company) He called me before starting to quote price. I was not able to look on Angies List at the time( no computer access) but now able to get on to find they are Angies Members. Wish I would have known because they apparently give a discount. However, great service and will definitely use again. Thank You Admiral for you prompt, professional and expertise!

Work performed on time as stated. Reasonable price and technician was professional and courteous. Quick response and customer service was excellent from the office. Would highly recommend again.

I couldn't be happier. My sisters and I have 11 rental homes in this area and we travel a lot. It makes it difficult to handle these issues or even be there. I now know I have a plumbing company I can trust,who is dependable and will be there for me when I can't. From the first phone call the office staff was wonderful*by the way. To the arrival of the plumber made me feel at ease. Extremely knowledgeable, clean, well groomed and very friendly. After conversing about my problem he went right to work, after about 3 hours everything was perfect. Absolutely dirty and sweaty his clean up was perfect. He even washed my walkway and the side of my home, put all the dirt back and raked the bed and replanted my flowers. Something you just don't see anymore. Finally he took pictures of before and after, showed me what he had done, explained everything and warrantied all his work. Great job!!! Overall a great experience, expecially in this day and age you never know what you are going to get. I highly recommend Admiral for all your plumbing needs. TWO THUMBS UP . Thank You, Deb

Everything went fine. This was my first time using Admiral Plumbing. I thought they did a good job and used high quality materials. I encountered no issues when working with them, they were very professional. Their prices were fair.

Admiral is awesome! My tenant called with a clogged drain. I called Admiral and they took it from there. The clog was corrected by snaking the main from the roof. They then televised the line to diagnose the source of the issue and a new clean out was installed at ground level for future access. They completed quite a bit of work for me and as always pricing was fair and quoted up front! Admiral arranged access with my tenant, kept me posted and allowed me to handle payment by phone. Plumbing problems from across the country can be a nightmare but, the folks at Admiral make it as easy as possible.

I had an issue and let the company know, and they bent over backwords to resolve the issue. They were very nice and responsive.

This visit was excellent and the provider Was exceptional.

They do not charge for a service call. If they are able to to unclog toilet there is a charge.

ADMIRAL PLUMBING CAME OUT ON TIME AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS LEAKING AND OLD AND WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE REPLACED IT FOR 225.00 INCLUDING INSTALLATION AND I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ADMIRAL PLUMBING SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.

Called Admiral Plumbing Services to schedule to have a tech come out and look at my toilet that was constantly running and my hose bib that was leaking on my patio. The tech that came out was out within the time frame that was told to me (between 12-2). He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at my toilet and said that it needed a toilet rebuild and my leaking hose bib needed to be replaced. He quoted me up front as to the charges and I thought the price was very reasonable - $200. I told him to do the work and he did a fantastic job. I would recommend Admiral Plumbing to any of my friends and family!!

The first thing out of the serviceman's mouth was it would cost 250.00 to replace the disposal. I have a parts list from Lowes for the required part for 44.00. I made a mistake joining Angie's list.

I called on 9/9/13 and a very professional young lady answered and took my information. She then set up an appointment for 9/10/13 between 3:00 and 5:00. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the young lady letting me know that my serviceman would be here at 3:00. Mr. Peter Swing arrived promptly at 3:00 and went straight to work. He was only here for about 30 minutes and did a spectacular job! He flushed the shower drain for a good period of time after he finished clearing it. I am very impressed with this company and will use them in the future. It is amazing to find such a professional and competent company in this field. The charge was only $165.00 and I was completely happy with Mr. Swing's work. Thank you Angie!

My toilet had been installed by my floor tiler who claimed he knew how to do it. However it leaked from the base.( tiler had never grouted it properly). Admiral Plumbing reset the toilet, but an even worse leak developed a couple of hours after the first repairman left. They promptly sent over another repairman who discovered that the first repair had loosened some important parts of the toilet. He spent at least an hour correcting that problem. There was no charge for the correction. I am impressed with their promptness and professionalism and ability to admit and correct an error done by one of their own staff. Some staffers are more experienced and thorough than others, I gather.

It went very well. I made a phone call on Sunday since this was an emergency. ( My sink was full with water and I had a back flow each time I turned the garbage disposal on). At my surprise, a lady answered me and I was able to schedule an appointment for next day; Monday. The gentleman came on time and after my wife and him agreed on the price, he fixed everything. My initial impression was that the pipes were clogged. I was happy to find somebody professional who new what he was doing. Everything works perfect now and I won't hesitate to call again Admiral plumbing again, knowing that we are in good hands with them. An A+ all the line.

I had an emergency situation, and they came out promptly. It was rainy season, and a lawn tractor went over the main line in the front yard, and they came out and fixed it promptly. They were a little pricey, but they came out in a couple of hours, and so the value was good.

The serviceman arrived on time, worked hard to solve the problems , cleaned the areas thoroughly , was polite and helpful

I called Admiral Plumbing at around 2:45 pm on 8/15/2013 and they put in a service call for someone to be at my house the same day between 3pm and 6pm. One of their service reps showed up earlier than expected, the gentleman could not have been nicer. He was professional, very nice, very thorough, explained exactly what he was going to do and took care of replacing my broken garbage disposal within 45 minutes. He cleaned up and left everything spotless. I asked him a few questions regarding my wanting to replace a couple of toilets in my house and he gave me all the information I needed. I am going to call them in another month or so to do the work. FINALLY - a plumbing company that is reliable, priced well, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. GREAT COMPANY!!! They will be taking care of any future plumbing needs that I have at my home from now on.
