The service call would have been free if he had not done any work. He came on time and was friendly and did an excellent job!

Ryan did a very professional job connecting the system to the main water supply. He located the filters inside the garage, which was the preferred location recommended by the manufacturer. The in line meter was located outside. The main water supply enters in the garage where all the utility services are located. This presents a challenge, since the space to locate the filters and install the plumbing is very limited and he had to work around the electrical supply and breakers.It was very tedious, took him better part of a day, however he neatly and securely configure and install the system within the limited space. Best of all no leaks.

Tommy arrived on time and took about five minutes to get everything back on line.

Excellent work. Will absolutely use them again.

So far, it hasn't leaked. This is a premium company, and I feel they charged a premium price.

Miguel arrived within the appointed time period. He was friendly, efficient, explained the problem and what he was doing to fix it, and cleaned up when finished. He was able to repair a valve, for $165, that another plumber had said needed to be replaced, at a cost of $450. In addition, he shared my sense of humor.

Admiral plumbing called ahead of time and said there technician would be at the house at noon. We were given a free quote to do all the work. The Technician was friendly and profesional the work was completed within 3 hours and we are very pleased with everything that was done.

I'll certainly use them again. Saving 20% isn't worth the fear that some detail was overlooked and will cause serious problems later.

Better yet NO extra fee for use of Credit Card. - Follow-up call by the company - Cleaned-up after work was completed - Bottom Line: You get what you pay for. Once the plumber arrived with his fully stocked work truck I knew he was going to have what he needed and not run back and forth to the shop or Home Depot. All the parts were of good quality and he knew what he was doing. This was a headache free experience and I will only use this company going forward. Even if it means paying a little bit more.

There is nothing worse than getting a call regarding a disaster when you have holiday company in town. This is exactly what happened to me on Christmas Monday! I received a call from a panicked tenant; the water heater had simply given up. Luckily, when I called Admiral Plumbing, the holiday week was a non-issue. Not only did they take care of the problem for my tenant but, they were quick about it! I called the office about 10:00 and was given an appointment time of between 1:00 and 3:00. I received a call back informing me that they could arrive even earlier and a plumbing truck was at the property by 11:30. What more could I ask for? My tenants could not have been happier. The appointment was earlier than expected, the work was done quickly, neatly, as thoroughly as always and above all else was priced fairly. Everybody was able to get back to their holiday plans with barely a ripple thanks to the wonderful service provided by Admiral Plumbing. I always get wonderful service when I call Admiral - They are pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with from the office staff this time) to the plumbers who come out to the property on up to management. I have always felt like a valued customer when dealing with Admiral and would recommend their services to anybody who could use a plumber!

I contacted the business this morning anticipating not being able to get an appointment until tomorrow or later. Not only was the person answering the phone extremely professional but they were also able to offer me an appointment this morning. Furthermore, it was very refreshing to see that it was a completely free estimate for the plumber to come out and assess the problem. I had contacted 2 other companies who wanted to charge me for just coming out which I felt was outrageous. The plumber arrived within the time frame given and took the time to explain my options. Being a single woman it was nice to see that the plumber didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman and instead took the time to answer my questions and inform me what was wrong with my heater. He proceeded to do the work in a timely manner and cleaned up his work area once completed. Great customer service experience from beginning to end I will definitely recommend this company!

Our well pump died on New Year's Eve and I was panicking because we had no water and I have 2 small children. I called Admiral and they gave me a time frame the same day. They came out on time. The technician was so kind and professional. They replaced the well pump and it was affordable. I would definitely use this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

We have a rental unit that my tenants needed service as soon as possible because they had company from out of town and the kitchen sink was backing up. We tried to schedule another company to come out on Christmas Eve (it was a friend of a friend's company), but they were too busy to help us. We used Admiral Plumbing for a garbage disposal they put in for us, in the past and we were very satisfied with their service. So I had my husband call to see when someone could be out to help. They had us scheduled very quickly (my husband called around 11:30 and the technician was on site around 2:30 - our appointment was between 2 and 4). My tenants said that the tech was very professional and the job was done great. He had quite a mess on his hands with the clog, but took care of it and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I would not go with another company again and would definitely use and recommend Admiral Plumbing for ANY of our plumbing issues!

I called and they sent a tech to me within the hour to replace my water heater. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, came equipped with everything needed for the job, only took about two hours and was extremely neat. I had a million questions for him and he had a million helpful answers. I would absolutely recommend these guys to friends and family, and will use their services in the future as needed.

This is an update to my original review. After seeing my review of his company, the owner called. He expressed his deep concern for my unfortunate experience and was very apologetic for the way in which I was treated. He reimbursed me for the service I received from the company I called to do the work. Because he called and was genuinely distressed, I am revising my ratings. I made an appointment for 12-26-13 between 3pm and 5pm. At 4pm, I was advised the plumber would not be able to provide service since he had an emergency job. It was rescheduled for the next day, 12-27, between 12pm and 2pm. I did not hear anything by 2pm so I called. He was running late. By 3:30 pm nothing, so I called again. Maybe by 4pm. I cancelled the appointment. Two days killed, sitting and waiting. The second day they did not even have the courtesy to call. They only have one plumber for the entire PSL area. Very disappointed since they have an "A" rating with Angie's List

They were punctual and professional. They did good work. We did have a slight billing discrepancy, but that is being worked out. I would recommend their services.

It was a great experience. They came out the same day I called and did the work immediately. They brought a selection of garbage disposals for me to choose from. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete.

I had a great experience with them and scheduling went well. They took the time to search for a certain part since I have an older home. They were good at trouble shooting with the leak so I did not have to replace anything. They tried a less expensive way to get everything fixed. One technician came out and he had to come in two visits to fix everything.

The technician was experienced and finished the job fast and didn't leave a mess like other companies I have tried before. The water heater was very big and he took care not to damage the floor and walls. I feel like a bought a good product and that it was installed correctly. I would definitely use Admiral Plumbing in the future and recommend to my friends and family!

As scheduled, the plumbers arrived on time, they were very polite and professional. They came in wearing show protection. They fixed the problem. They completed the job a little earlier than anticipated. Admiral Plumbing was great, honest & reliable!

Admiral Plumbing is awesome! Water was coming from seemingly nowhere, I called Admiral Plumbing near tears. Sue in the office was very calm and understanding and provided an appointment time within the hour. True to their word , the plumbers, Josh and Ryan, arrived about 45 minutes later, they were very polite and professional. they diagnosed the problem taking the time to explain what they found and what they would be doing to complete the repair and how long they would need for their work. To my delight, they even completed the job a little earlier than they had estimated. They also took care by wearing shoe protectors inside the home - when they left it was like they had never been there. Now my property is as good as new without breaking the bank!! I have used them regularly for other issues at other properties and they never miss a beat.. same great service, same great pricing, honest, reliable. every single time!

The rep made only a cursory appraisal. His diagnosis was wrong; he insisted it was the copper pipe that was leaking, and in reality, it was the PVC drain. He came up with a complex & elaborate solution, which entailed redirecting the plumbing through the attic. The estimate was ca. $1800.00; we ended up fixing the PVC drain for $325.00. Caveat emptor!

We had three bids for the water heater replacement. Admiral had the lowest bid for the same water heater. The receptionist on the phone was very accommodating. The service man (Eddie) was clean, punctual and helpful. He even gave me some pointers on questions that I asked pertaining to remodeling the bathroom. I will definitely use them again and I will ask for Eddie.
