I purchased replacement parts for a toilet tank which I have installed successfully in the past. one of the bolts was impossible to remove, and the toilet flooded the bathroom floor. I called Admiral, stating that it was an emergency. I was told that the worker was already on an emergency call; had to wait 2 hours, even though i explained it was an emergency. worker explained that the toilet was old (even though it is a very high-quality, lowboy style toilet), that the parts i purchased were only for more "modern" toilets, and that it would cost between $200 and $265 to replace the parts. are you kidding me??? I asked him what portion of that fee was labor and he could not (would not) answer me! obviously i did not hire him. It is Sunday afternoon and I ill have to live without water until Monday morning. I contacted this company because I used them once before; the worker at that time was extremely helpful and the price was very reasonable. based on my experience today, I would NOT recommend them.

Drum roll, please! This is the first review I have ever written... here, or anywhere for that matter. I am doing so because I feel so strongly about recommending this company. From the timeliness of their response, to the follow up for the appointment, to the actual work itself, this company proved that they are all about CUSTOMER SERVICE! That's right, I said it... a company who believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Friendly, efficient, great prices, and genuine concern that you are happy with their work and product. I cannot recommend Admiral Plumbing Services enough. Hire them for all your plumbing needs and you will experience first hand what I experienced. OK, enough gushing for now. I have to get back to work!

The plumber arrived on time, was curious and gave me a free estimate. Mike Jordan was very professional and finished the work quickly. He unclogged the sink free because of a coupon provided by the Admiral Plumbing. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing and Mike Jordan in particular for your plumbing needs.

Excellent service. There is good reason for all those A ratings. An Admiral tech told me on a visit earlier this year that our water heater was nearing the end of its useful life. He provided an estimate for replacement. Yesterday the water heater started to leak. I figured it was time. Contacted Admiral online to arrange an appointment, noting that I did not think I had an emergency. I got a call at 7:10 am. A technician was at my house three hours later. When I decided to replace the water heater, a second truck delivered it in 15 minutes. The price was exactly what I had been quoted months earlier, without prompting. And the tech, Miguel, was a gentleman. The noted price includes some additional work. Yes, I could have bought the Rheem water heater online at a lower cost. But the quick service was worth the small up charge. I experienced old fashioned good customer service.

I called and scheduled the appointment. I was contacted a day or two in advance to confirm. The tech arrived on time. The tech was very professional, fast and clean. Every time he repaired an area, he cleaned up after himself. Amazing!!! Spoke with Rich on the phone to clarify an issue, very responsive! WHat a great company to do business with.

Don't know how the company does it. I called at 10:00 am and by 11:00 am they showed up and the faucet and toilet was fixed within an hour. They come fully prepared and equipped, they had a nice Moen tall stainless spray faucet on the truck, and a price just above I saw at the local big box. $425 parts and labor. The toilet needed new bolts and a re-bed with new plumbing lines. The price quoted for that labor and parts was $125, The entire job was done quickly and expertly, and price was very reasonable. This is my third time using Admiral Plumbing within a year, once for a water heater, once for a toilet replacement, and today for a new kitchen faucet and a toilet leak. Great company, wouldn't call anyone else..00

My pipes were leaking under my sink because they weren't glued together properly. The trap had to be replaced and was done in a timely manner. To me I thought it was a little pricey, but I've never had to use a plumber before to compare pricing to other companies.

My toilet was overflowing and causing damage to my floor. I called Admiral because I had used them once before. The lady that I spoke to was very professional and reassuring that she would get someone out to me right away. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes, fixed the problem and cleaned up the floor.

Tommy the plumber arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He removed the old unit and replaced with a new energy efficient unit.

Great job. The plumber was extremely polite when I answered the door. He immediately introduced himself and was very pleasant. After showing him our problem, he told us the price, began to work and before we knew it....he was finished!!! Highly recommend Miguel from Admirals Plumbing.

They were very professional. They came out to give me an estimate, and they were professional, clean, puctual, and nice. Although I haven't used them to install new toilets et, when I need them in the future, I will be calling them. I would highly recommend them.

Could not have been better. Called late Monday. Installed Tuesday Morning. Had the right Heater with him. Had hot water before he left. Very professional service from phone call through installation. Fair price and will use again if need be.

As my husband said when I asked him how it went - 'We have found our new plumber' :) I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink in the home we bought recently. Richard came out and was able to replace both PVC pipes. I was out of town when the work was performed, but a commendation from my husband of nearly 20 years is a HUGE achievement. He was impressed with Richard's work as well as his no-nonsense style. Refreshing! Thank you guys so much!!

My mom called in the morning and had a plumber there and did he whole job within four hours it was completed- great response time and great service and product- mom is very happy, so I am very happy!

After work, I discovered my main water line had erupted up through my driveway, which was flooding my yard. As thsi was after 5:00, I decided to call Admiral in the morning. On Fridya morning, at 8:00, I called and described my issue. They put me on schedule for 1:00 - 3:00 whith a 1/2 hour call ahead phone call. The plumber (Mike) arrived on time as stated and assessed the break which was under my driveway. He provided 2 options. They could repair the pipe by determing where the leak was which would require a leak detection company. After speaking to the leak detection copmany, the clost to find the leak in our 30 yr+ old metal pipe was unreasonable for us. The other option Mike provided was to replace the entire line. As with old metal piping, if there is a major leak/break, chances are, there are other weak spots in the line. We decied to replace the line altogether. After telling them to go ahead, they said it would be done right way and he called for extra hands to help. Because the line had to go under my driveway, I was sure, they would have to break up my driveway in order to do so. However, they were knowledgable to save me that extra cost and fed the line underneith sparing the driveway. This crew worked hard in the rain to install this new line and was able to get it done within a few hours. During the process, the owner of the company actually showed up which I thought was very supportive and showed he was invloved with his crew. I would most definitely use Admiral again!

I contacted Admiral Plumbing on Wed (after hours). I thought that I would be leaving a message on the answering machine and was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer. I provided the details of the plumbing work we needed and made an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on Friday morning. Admiral stated that someone would be there between 9am and 11am. Josh showed up between the hours that were stated and gave my husband an estimate. We accepted the estimate and Josh said that he can have the new sink installed the same day. The new sink was slightly larger than our old one so he had to shave down the counters and worked diligently to have this job completed. The old sink was out and the new one installed and working in 3 hours. We are very pleased with the service that was provided and the results. He even gave my husband a quote on another kitchen plumbing project we are thinking about. We will definitely be hiring Admiral for our future plumbing project(s).

My main house water valve broke internally when I went to turn it off to perform some very minor indor plumbing work (replace fridge water filter). Since it broke in the closed position, we had no water. Admiral Plumbing to the rescue! It was after 6pm when I called but someone picked up. Made arrangements for the next day. They followed up with a phone call the next day and, as usual, were on time. The gentleman was courteous and professional, and did a great job. He put in a high quality valve and left no mess. Very pleased. The price was higher than I expected, but everything is expensive these days. This is my third dealing with Admiral Plumbing Services, and they have been great each time. If you need plumbing work, go with Admiral. You won't be disappointed

Admirals scheduled quickly, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. In addition, they took exceptional care of our home, protecting the floors around the work area. They cleaned up well after the job was done.

I called Admiral Plumbing at 8am this morning because my toilet was overflowing and would not shut off. They sent a Plumber over right away who was very knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my toilet at a very reasonable price. I also asked him to look at the other two toilets because I didn't want the same thing to happen to them. They repaired the other two and even changed a couple of angle stops. I was able to get to work without being too late. Thank you Admiral Plumbing!

They replaced the pump at a high price. The piping started leaking the next week and the pump burned out. I called and they said the problem was the well and they don't work on wells. $1550 for nothing. Wish I could find an honest plumbing company.
