Toilets were not properly installed two years ago by another plumber. Paul from Admiral did a great job and he will be my plumber for all future work.

Everything went perfectly. I had sent them an email inquiry last night, this morning they called at 8:20 and said that they could have their technician at my house between 9:00 and 11:00 today. I agreed to that time slot and then they called back at 9:00 to tell me that the technician was on his way. He (Paul) showed up about 15 or 20 minutes later. I showed him my problems and concerns and he gave me a quote to do the work I agreed to the quote and he went right to work. He was very efficient, professional and worked very clean. He was here for more than 3 1/2 hours but the original quote was kept no additional charge for the long stay. He even fixed a loose faucet that was not part of the original project at no additional charge. Paul and Admiral will be my plumbers in the future for all work no matter how small or large.

Went really well. Very professional and fixed the problem. No drama, no fuss. Just fixed the problem. I really like them and would use them and recommend them.

Exceptional service! Everyone we were in contact with was very pleasant and efficient. The toilet and hot water heater were both promptly and expertly installed, and I would definitely use this company again.

They were very professional and told me why I needed a new water heater. I was very comfortable with them. The next day they installed a new water heater. The next day the owner came to my house to verify it was working well. They are a quality company and are very thorough in explaining what the options are.

This was my third plumber for the same issue 4x in almost two years. I was first surprised by the no additional cost to come out on a weekend, and with no minimum charge for just showing up. Peter was great. Diagnosed and provided a (different) solution to the problem, using high pressure water to *blast* anything out instead of a snake that had been used by previous plumbers. We found the problem, that other plumbers called "an old house and just deal with it". Provided the video and informed me how to solve the problem. I'll be calling these guys in the future!

I called for an estimate on Monday to replace my 18 year old water heater. That afternoon, a plumber arrived punctually and provided the estimate. A young lady from the office called that evening to confirm the 2-hour window for the plumber's arrival the next day. A permit was required, so the job couldn't be done until the following day. The plumber was delayed about 1/2 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time, but the office called to advise of the delay and then again with the accurate estimated ETA. The plumber, Ed, was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. He noted an old hot water valve that wouldn't shut off completely and devised a way to bypass it, adding a newer-type valve. (I had planned to ask him to do that, but he beat me to the punch). The job took a little less than 2 hours. He installed first-class equipment, cleaned out the area under the water heater, and left no mess. I was amazed by the rapid response, the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy of both the young lady who handled the transaction (she accepted the Angie's List discount without question) and ED, who estimated the job and then did it. It's obvious that this company has trained its employees well. I would recommend this company highly. They certainly deserve the recognition that Angie's List has given them. I would use them again for any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning problem.

We made an appointment to fix a broken garbage disposal. When making the appointment we discussed the brand and model that they would install if we needed to replace the disposal, and we were OK with it. The day of the appointment the office called to say the plumber would arrive in 20 minutes, but an hour went by and he still hadn't arrived. I called to ask where he was, and the person in the office said he was at the gate. He arrived within 2 minutes, and in any case It was still within the given 2 hour window, so no big deal. The plumber (Paul) found the disposal was broken (it was 10 years old). The price he gave us was about $20 higher than 2 other companies we received quotes from. He promptly called his supervisor and was given the okay to match the lowest quote. He got the replacement disposal, however, it was not the brand and model discussed on the phone when we made the appointment. After phoning his boss again, we agreed on a suitable replacement that he had in the van. I appreciate that the plumber and his boss were willing to work with me to provide a product we were happy with and at the same agreed upon price. After the plumber left, the office called a half-hour later asking if we weren't happy with something, but we said everything was good and we appreciated their willingness to work with us. Overall I'm happy with the service provided and will definitely consider them again.

Admiral Plumbing went the extra mile to find the matching shower wands when others were not able to. They are very professional and kept me up to date on the ordering process. Additionally the office staff was very nice and I appreciated that they sent the same plumber out that initially came for the estimate, to install the parts.

Miguel arrived on time based on when the office called me and told me he would be coming. After he introduced himself, he immediately put on "booties" and covered his shoes so my floors at home would not get dirty. After reviewing the problem in both bath tubs, he gave me a quote and began to complete the work. He completed the work, had me verify everything was working and then cleaned up the entire tub (both of them) with cleaner and re-caulked everything. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from this company. I will definitely use them again if I ever have any plumbing needs.

The gentlemen who arrived was friendly & helpful. He suggested a better quality hose, fitted it within moments and we have had no problems since. I would definitely call Admiral Plumbing Services the next time we have a leak!

What a fiasco. I called to have them inspect/verify the results of a home inspection. I sent them the home inspection summary and an additional request to assess irrigation system. After some difficulty, they were able to confirm receipt of CUSTOMER'S work requested. Additional instructions were given to call the realtors (I live out of state) to coordinate. On day of inspection the plumber calls to ask "where do I send the report"? I assumed it was clear to give to the realtors, but I said well go ahead and tell me what you found. After a run down of a few things, it was obvious he didn't have the inspection summary. When asked, he said he was never given it. I asked a specific question about a code violation and he said "looks fine to me" but I am not familiar with FL code, "I'm from the North"...HOW are you working in FL and don't know code. Office later said he has lived in FL all his life. I called the office back and they said they would send service manager. He proceeds to show and give my realtor a hard time over the situation. Besides addressing why this guy isn't familiar with FL plumbing code, he instead harps on only 1 part of the request (health/functionality of the irrigation system). WE DON'T DO SPRINKLERS! My request should have been reviewed by someone and gotten back about what they can and cannot do. make sure you can deliver what the customer is requesting..basic customer service principles. End solution, they are refunding my $$ and I'll hire someone else. Think twice before you hire these guys. At least check arrived quickly.

The lady who answered my call was very pleasant and very helpful. She put me on hold briefly to check availability and immediately returned to tell me she could have someone out between 3-5 this afternoon. I was very happy to hear that and appreciative as well. Before I hung up I asked her what the hourly charge was and she said we don't charge by the hour the person who comes out will give you a detailed estimate on the charges. I didn't think much of it as I also asked them to check out a gurgling sink. No problem. Tony showed up promptly at 3:20pm, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He spent about 30 minutes unclogging the shower and said nothing was wrong with the sink "those kinds of sinks just do that." Then he gave me the bill which for 30 minutes to unclog a sink totaled $236. I was shocked at the rate and looked up an invoice from a competitor which I had unclog the shower once before. The other plumber charged $141 to unclog the sink and fix a running toilet (which required parts). Needless to say I feel as though the prices charged were way over the market rate for the service provided. He also mentioned that the office knows exactly how much they charge for unclogging a shower as its a flat rate so I know the lady on the phone didn't tell me the rate as unwound have told her no thank you. Ultimately I got good service from a good honest plumber but got hosed by his company and I will never do business with them again. Update: In an effort to reverse my level of dissatisfaction, the service manager from Admiral left me a voice mail telling me he would be sending me a check for $130 as he believed the plumber's discretion was incorrect and shouldn't have charged as much as he did for the service provided. I was appreciative and although I never thought I'd actually get the check, about a week later I did. While I appreciate the refund and them making it right (it definitely makes me feel better about the integrity of this service provider) I do believe they should do a better job of educating their filed personnel in the proper pricing of jobs to prevent these types of issues from occuring.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that stopped up on Thanksgiving! Foolishly, we figured that no one would come out on a holiday or that they would charge extra on the weekend (they don't charge extra for either!) so we waited until Monday morning to call. They were able to schedule an appointment for that day, called when they were on their way and came promptly. The problem was fixed immediately and now the sink works better than ever! We are very happy with the courteous and professional service we received.

They've been good. Their overall quality of work seemed good. Nothing really stood out. They did their job and it's done. They're very responsive. Every time we called, they send someone promptly to the house. If there was an issue and they had to come back, they called to reschedule. What stands out most is their responsiveness.

My Rheemwaterheater kept popping the circuit breaker. Tommy from Admiral Plumbing responded to my call within a day. He replaced the heating elements and the thermostat, but did not warranty due to waterheater's age (9 Yrs). He answered my questions patiently and even came back the next day w/o charge to raise the water temperature a notch. I was kept updated by phone as to his arrival which was great! I have not had the best experience with other plumbing services over several years, so I thank Angie's List and members for steering me to a great company at last!

This company has the best customer service I have used in the area. Both times I have messaged them through Angie's List. I get a response within an hour. They scheduled appointments both time for the next day, even though I was not in a rush. Show up on time and do good work. Plus I also received follow-up calls to make sure I was happy with the job performed. Excellent experience.

I had an intermittent leak in my shower. The tech, Paul, came on time, assessed the problem, and gave me an Angie's List price to fix the problem. The price, I thought, was quite reasonable. It included parts and labor. Paul was very professional, showed me the replaced parts, and explained the cause of the leak.

Great service. Ed was very professional and courteous. Two hours from submitting request on Angie's List to having the kitchen sink drains cleaned out. Didn't try to oversell services or what needed to be done. Very good experience; what I signed up to Angie's List for.

This is our second call to Admiral and both times we've been more than happy. Mike was actually scheduled to come the day before, but they his truck broke down and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us the following day. They are honest, professional, fast and reasonable.
