From the very beginning the experience with Admiral was way above my expectations. The inside staff were all very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Their on-line request for quote and service scheduling is very nice. TJ was the technician who came out to give us our estimate and then performed the work when scheduled. He worked quickly and did an outstanding job fitting the tank into a confined space. He kept us informed of any issues as they arose and one in particular is noteworthy. When he unboxed the new heater there was hidden damage to the metal skin which surrounds the insulation around the tank ? purely cosmetic. He pointed it out and then arranged to have a new one delivered to the job site while he completed the other items on our list. In this business, honesty and paying attention to the small details goes a long way. We will definitely use them again.

They were fabulous. They came twice. It was excellent. The guy's name was Miguel Castillo. He was professional and I feel comfortable with him in my home.

I called in the morning and within 1 hour they were at my home. Mike showed up and was friendly, courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the problems and was able to give me a price right away. I can't say enough good things about him or the company. He completed the job quickly and without any issues. He cleaned up and no mess was left behind. Thanks to them and I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

Well..he unclogged the sink, had to run a snake into the drain. Problem was they are $40.00 more expensive for the same service. We have had issues with the same drain and usually pay $160.00. We paid the extra with the hope that the drain would finally be fixed. Today it's backed up again. Not ther fault..I think it could be a root problem. But why pay extra money for the exact same results?

Really appreciate the fact they moved jobs around to get Miguel to the house in an emergency. Second time I've used them so they are now my plumber in my contact list! First time they were just as response and professional. Looks to be a very well run company, with professional employees who like their work and the folks they work for, which says it all.

I noticed water on the floor beneath the hot water heater in the garage. A quick investigation revealed the area around a heating element had rusted through and water was leaking from the wall of the tank. The water heater had to be replaced. Of course it was Saturday afternoon and I was thinking how am I going to get to Monday with this leak to call a plumber. A quick check of Angie's List showed Admiral Plumbing to be a top provider. I called at 1:30 pm and Kyndra immediately answered the phone. She was pleasant and courteous and had Chris at my front door by 3 pm. Chris evaluated the job and within an hour, had the new water heater in place and working! He even upgraded my water heater from 40 to 50 gallons at no additional charge! With out question the service was excellent and fast. Kyndra and Chris were a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU!

We received very prompt, excellent service, but we feel we probably paid more than we should have to some degree. We didn't question or challenge the quoted price and that's our own fault. In the end, we are happy with the work done. We called early on Monday morning and spoke with Jeanette who was very personable and efficient. She scheduled a technician to come out that very day and gave us a 2 hour window. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to come out. It was certainly more than we expected when I dialed the phone...especially since the work we needed done was not emergent. After some difficulty finding our home (a problem many people we hire seem to have for some reason), the technician arrived. He introduced himself (Tony) asked our names and apologized for being late (which he wasn't) I explained our issues and his response was "Don't worry sir. I can help you with those. There are no problems....only solutions. Tony was one of the most respectful, kind, considerate, professional people we've ever dealt with. The epitome of great service. He is meticulous in his work including wearing shoe coverings whenever he had to come into the house and he cleaned up after completing each job before moving on to the next job. He spent a lot of time fixing our plumbing issues and did so with great care and respect. It is his belief to treat someone else's home just as he would his own home. And he's true to his word. He performed all the services as quoted and we are very happy with his service and the overall experience we had with Admiral Plumbing Services and recommend them highly. We will not hesitate to call them again whenever we need any plumbing work done. And if we're really lucky, we'll get Tony again when we do.

I could not be happier with their service, professionalism, follow-up, promptness ... These guys do everything right. I was lucky to get Ryan, who is wonderful, but everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I liked them so much that they are now a preferred service provider for our entire Condo Association.

Excellent. Quickly made appointment, tech arrived on time, professional service done politely, shared helpful information with us to prevent future problems, and resolved issue quickly as well.

They were extremely responsive, quick, and professional. In a perfect world I wished they installed electric heaters since I would have liked to have that option or a quote on that electric heater option. In the end, I made the right choice with the traditional water heater since I did not need to be concerned with retrofitting anything in the house to accommodate an electric heater.

The service was quick and the technician was very friendly. He went out of his way to eliminate many of the old unsightly lines and the finished product looks and worked great. I noticed a small wet spot on 3/29 and they arrived the next day to check it out. They recommended adding a $350 expansion tank and relief valve...at no additional cost. I was extremely impressed initially with Admiral Plumbings extremely high number of high Angie's List rankings. Now I know why and I would definitely recommend Admiral for your plumbing needs! Excellently. Mike arrived earlier than expected, and set to work immediately. We found him to be professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Though the price was high, I think it was fair. I would use this company again!

They are good people. My garbage disposal has been working efficiently since they did the service. I like their quick response and the positive personality of the person that fixed it. He made a comment that he wished he did not have to charge the standard fee because it was so easy to fix. So I just gave him some other task like replaced some plumbing. He was very professional and nice.

They were good and they did a good job. The water heater is fine. They were punctual and I’ve had no complaints. Everything was good and I have nothing in particular to say about them.

Valve failed, replaced by Admiral. They performed their usual great work. They are on-time and very professional, but pricy.

Sink backed up and garbage disposal also backed up into the main sink and we could not clear the drain. In addition a pipe broke and leaked all over the kitchen floor. He snaked all the drains and replaced broken pieces of pipe that were apparently there for a long time. He also replaced a broken vent that was causing a smell to occur constantly and I was always pouring bleach down not realizing this part was broken. Since it was a Sunday, I did not expect such a quick response. They answered the phone and Talley the plumber arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was not only a skilled plumber but a wonderful young man to deal with. I never expected such prompt and professional service on a Sunday. I would recommend this plumbing company to all. I am 100% satisfied and would use them for all future plumbing issues. Thank you Admiral Plumbing. They provide an estimate before beginning work and stick to that price regardless of any extra time that may be involved.

Joe P. On time, courteous, pleasant, explained what was involved and gave a firm price up front before starting work, neat and thorough work. Front office support also great with 1/2 hour before arrival advance notification. Plumbing charges are always ridiculous so I typically do my own minor work. So $315 for about an hours work plus travel and paper work time seemed relatively reasonable. Nothing in this job I haven't done myself more than once, but I am in a condo and the 60 year old tubing had actually sheared off behind the shuttoff valve so I wanted a professional to evaluate the situation to make sure everything was in good condition going forward. F/U. Even better! After new vanity was installed discovered the new waste line projected too far out from the wall to connect with the sink elbow. Joe came by the same day and corrected, no questions, no charge.

After I detected leaking from my electric water heater into the pan, I called Admiral. I was informed that a worker could come to my condo within a few hours of my phone call. A worker, Tommy, came to my condo on time, diagnosed the problem, and told me that the old leaky and rusty electric water heater was about 10 to 13 years old and needed replacement. I thought that another appointment would be needed to remove the old electric water heater and install a new one. However, Tommy informed me that he could do it the same day. It took him about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. He left the area clean.Tommy was courteous and highly professional, and the price he quoted me was very reasonable. My wife and I are very pleased with Admiral Plumbing Services.

Tree roots had invaded water pipes on my side of the water meter and had cause a small leak. I called on a Saturday and they had someone come out on Sunday afternoon at no additional cost. Miguel was service provider and he did an awesome job. He was punctual, pleasant and did a quality job. He gave me a fixed price so I didn't worry about the job "expanding" once I was committed. Awesome job.

I contacted Admiral Plumbing at 11:00 AM after I discovered our hot water heater had failed/leaked throughout the garage. They scheduled a worker to be at my home between 2 and 4 PM that same day. Installer, Mike, arrived as scheduled and replaced the faulty water heater with a new one. Mike took no longer than an hour to complete the work neatly. He pointed out a scorched electrical plug attached to the water heater and recommended I contact a licensed electrician to address that issue. Mike also reminded me of the $25 discount for Angie's List members which he deducted from the bill. I found Admiral Plumbing to be responsive, prompt, competent, and competitively priced. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I received a phone call early in the morning that my father's water heater burst flooding his home. I did not know a plumber so I went on Angies List and found Great reviews for Admiral Plumbing. I called them immediately and was able to get a plumber at my father's home by 11am that day. I was really impressed with their outstanding responsiveness and reliability. When you have an emergency situation, it is so nice to know you can count on Admiral Plumbing. We will use them for our family's plumbing needs in the future too. They broke the code on making customers happy!

The sink faucet was leaking. I bought a new faucet and the installed it. It was still leaking. They came back out and adjusted it. It continued to leak. They came out today and found out it was the disposal. They installed a new disposal at no charge, since I'm such a great customer.

On 2/10/15, I made an appointment with Lori for a service call; Dave arrived within the timeframe provided for same day service. When discussing the reason for the call, Dave asked about the condition of my showers and I was not prepared for what I found in one of them, backed up sewage. Dave advised that the blockage needed to be cleaned out through the roof's access lines. Being concerned about safety/liability (for the estimated 1-1.5 hours to handle the job at sundown), I requested Dave return this morning. On 2/11/15, Dispatch called to advise of Dave's estimated time of arrival, which was again within the given timeframe. Dave bravely handled the 60 degree sloped roof, which features a high screened patio and gutters surrounding the house; no easy access for anyone, let alone with heavy equipment. I stayed outside with Dave while he cleared the line. Dave had to manually unstop the tub using a plunger and being an observant person, took note of my reaction ( it was probably the swaying and near passing out which gave me away), he was took the initiative to clean up the tub from the mess that had unknowingly accumulated. When writing up the invoice, Dave even reminded me of the $25 discount I was due for being an Angie's List customer. It had forgotten all about it. I found everyone I dealt with (Lori, Dispatch and Dave) at Admiral Plumbing to be polite, professional, pleasant, and Dave to also be very knowledgable, efficient, reliable and sincere. Needless to say, I plan to call Admiral Plumbing again to handle some near future to do list items. UPDATE - for work performed on October 19, 2015. Ariel came out and provided superb service regarding bathroom vanity pop-up drains. He was also very informative on the replacement options for my hot water heater, when it should become necessary. I was also able to use a coupon for the service. Every employee I have dealt with from this company, on a total of three or four occasions has been professional, respectful, kind, knowledgeable, clean - cleaned up their work areas and informative. This has become my "go to" company for all plumbing needs.
