As a perfectionist, normally I can find something to complain about. With Admiral Plumbing Services, I can't find a thing that could have done better. I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment to look at the problem. The plumber (Matt) came on Saturday and showed up EXACTLY on time. He was clean, professional and polite. He viewed the problem, explained what need to be done and gave me a quote (which was very fair). On Monday they ordered the part and Friday it was installed. Matt turned a plumbing problem into a pleasant experience. My next door neighbor was so impressed that she had her leaking valve replaced that same morning by Admiral Plumbing Services. As a final note, if you are a skeptic and a pessimist like I am, I will mention to you that I am not related to anyone at Admiral Plumbing, nor do I have any vested interest with them. I am just very happy with the work that they provided.

We had a "bubbling" issue in two of the toilets in our 3-bedroom single family rental home. As the bubbling got more frequent, we noticed that both sinks and then the shower/tub drains began to also respond similarly with bubbling noises. When we ran our washing machine to wash the clothes, the tub & the standing shower filled with dirty water and did NOT drain out. Both toilets began to raise their water level and even after plunging them, we had no relief for the issue. We called Admiral Plumbing and they got here on a same day basis. When Matthew arrived, he got a visual on both bathrooms and then went to the roof to get a camera down the line and uncover the core issue. He showed me the clog on the video (from his monitor on the rooftop) and he showed me how the clog literally covered the entire 2-inch diameter of the pipe! It was a bunch of flushable wipes that had caused our problem. He was able to push through the clog and suddenly the water level receded in the shower and the tub, and both toilets were in working order! We were thrilled because the sun had gone down by that point and we were concerned that he wouldn't have sufficient light to complete the work. Now...here's where it goes from good to great: Although he did free up the line, he stated that he was not PERSONALLY comfortable that roughly 2/3 of the clog had still adhered to the walls of the main line, so he decided to get the snake and do further work to ensure a completely clear pipe! Matthew grabbed his headlamp, climbed back up the ladder and worked an additional 55 minuted to literally clean the perimeter of the line until it was completely clean and clear. What was impressive about that is that he could have easily stopped short, having solved the immediate issue, and called it a day. But he didn't. He persisted in making sure that the chance of a recurrence would be minimized by going the extra mile and then showing me the before and after on his monitor device. He shared that the "flushable wipes" were the root cause of the clog and offered that avoiding the flushing of those types of products would be helpful to avoid similar issues. As an aside, not only was Matthew sharp, conscientious and professional, but as he was wrapping up, he went to talk about how much he loves the company and the culture at Admiral. When someone is still smiling after completing a2-hour job and takes time to share how much they love the work AND the boss, that's pretty stellar. Needless to say, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Admiral Plumbing. And if you are fortunate to have Matthew M. as your plumber, count yourself that much MORE fortunate!

They spent a lot of time working on it but did not give up until they found the problem. They did a great job.

This work was recommended on a prior visit. At the time I declined the additional work however realized a few days later that the repairs were in fact needed sooner than I had expected and that the Contractor's initial assessment was very accurate. I requested Paul and he came back and completed the repairs the same day. All work was completed to my satisfaction and I was very happy with the service I received.

This was my first time using this Contractor. Paul arrived promptly at the agreed time, was polite and professional and took the time to explain each item quoted. All work was completed the same day to my satisfaction. All work areas were left clean and tidy. I am very impressed with the level of service and I purchased a membership for future discount priveledges.

I cannot say enough great things about Admiral Plumbing! When I called on a Sunday because my water heater had been leaking, I expected to be charged a ridiculous fee for a Sunday service or not be able to get an appointment for many days, but Admiral was able to send someone right away and without an extra fee for being a Sunday! The technician arrived very quickly and assessed the water heater that turned out to need a replacement. I was actually surprised at how reasonable the price to replace the unit was AND he had one on the truck ready to go. In less than two hours, I had a brand new, working water heater. The technician even cleaned up the area when he was done. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing services!!

Joe was the tech who came out to do the repairs. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through step by step what he was doing. Gave me the break down of why something would cause the leak and how the repair needed to be completed. He showed me the old parts that he removed and the new parts he was installing. Very pleasant experience!

I called Admiral Plumbing because I was replacing the flushing mechanism and when I went to turn on the water, I noticed a leak. I called Admiral and they were at the house a few hours after my call. Peter worked very efficiently and thoroughly. He is a fast worker. I was planning on helping on the side, but before I could offer a hand, he was done. Both toilets are working great now, and I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing from Jupiter. Thank you Admiral, I have used this company 4 times now, and I'm happy to check these items off my list.

Kevin, the service technician, showed up shortly after my initial contact with the company. We reviewed the leak that we were experiencing with the expansion unit on our water heater. Considering the age of the water heater, the decision was made to replace the complete package, the heater itself as well as the expansion unit. While he began dismantling the old unit, Kevin called ahead and had a new heater delivered, as to waste no time in the project. The entire switch-out from the old to the new was about 2 to 2.5 hours or so. All old parts were taken away and the laundry room where the heater is located was left clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with Admiral Plumbing and especially with Kevin; his professionalism and quality of service were outstanding. I will certainly use Admiral Plumbing in the future for whatever plumbing needs we might have.

Excellent. This is not the first time I have dealt with this Company. I specifically requested that Paul do the work. As usual Paul was prompt, professional and did everything right the first time. Can't say enough good things about how pleased I was.

When Miguel ( Plumber), came to install the shower pan, he was very professional and courteous. There was a minor installation problem, but they rectified it immediately. Not only is Admiral Plumbing responsive, I also received a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. Great Service!

Pro: Team was very responsive and was able to come out within a couple of hours. Representative was on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He had a replacement water heater in his truck, he was able to complete the job within an hour from arrival and since the water heater was under warranty we were only responsible for the labor to replace the unit. This is the 3rd time that we have called Admiral Plumbing. The last time was about approx 3 months ago. They fixed multiple issues in a house we were trying to sell. Total cost $1,100. They did a great job so we called them again. This time around it was for our condo which had been completely renovated one year ago. Total cost $175. 1.The pop ups on two of our sinks were loose. One pop up was straight forward to fix. The other needed a creative solution so the problem would not repeat itself. Ed, the plumber, took the time to figure it out, so that we wouldn't have to call them back in a month or two. 2.On one toilet you had to hold down the lever to make sure it flushed completely. I was told it was working as it should. It was just the type of toilet that was installed. So we will live with it for a while, then eventually have the entire toilet replaced. 3. Finally water would sometimes accumulate in the kitchen sink. There again we were told it was working as it should. The rubber ring that prevents items from going down the drain and into the disposal is just very new and causes air pockets. With use, it will eventually stop. Ed could have fixed things that didn't need fixing, but he gave me an honest assessment. Because of that I have confidence in Admiral plumbing and will not hesitate to call them if I have any other issues. And if any of my friends and family need a plumber, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have earned my trust.

Great company, and the Service Tech was very professional, clean, great personality. Gave me some options to replace my Propane Water heater. Settled on a Rheen commercial 50 gallon tank. He worked here most of the day and did outstanding work. Would definitely use them again! Great response as well. I called late Wednesday and they came out the next morning.

Without any doubt very responsive and the best price, a lot of the other plumbers wanted: $315, $395 and even one almost $700. Do your homework when purchasing services, soe of them are more needy than others, big savings when you shop around. And there are some thiefs out there that think we consumers are stupid, not Admiral Plumbing, great people

I tried to install a "great sales priced" garbage disposal that I bought the day before. During the 20+ years I lived at the same residence, I've enjoyed doing most all the R&M myself. I've replaced many garbage disposals without a hitch. Not only did the new disposal make a loud clicking sound each time it started, it did not line up to my existing plumbing. After making a few modifications, my plumbing connections were a real mess. I took my wife's advise and called a plumber. I contacted Admiral plumbing because we've had a lot success with them in the past. I called for an appointment about 7:30 this morning. A plumber was here before 9am. The plumber sized up the situation and gave me his suggestions. He left without charging me anything. Taking the plumber's advise, I picked up another disposal and then called Admiral Plumbing again about 10am for another appointment. The same plumber returned about 11am. He removed the disposal I installed, installed the newer disposal, repaired the plumbing mess that I made and was out of here within 45 minutes. I found the people that take the calls and make the appointments to be very pleasant and professional. The plumbers are also top-notch and know how to do their jobs very well. Great company. Very professional, quick and reliable and communication and customer service are awesome! They replaced a shower faucet and repaired a toilet in a rental and I couldn't be there myself. It was very important to me to get the issues resolved quickly and professionally for the tenants and I needed a company I can trust. They did a good job every time and immediately resolved issues that came up with one job and honored their policy to adjust their charge if you are not 100 % satisfied although they settled the problem in the end. Every time I got in touch with them by phone or email I got an immediate reply from their office manager Susan and when there was an issue, even the owner Richard called to make sure everything is taken care off. That is very unusual and highly appreciated. I would recommended them to anybody because of the fair and professional way they treat their customers. Problems can come up anywhere and sometimes not everything goes perfect but in the end what matters is how they handle the situation and how important it is to them to make their customer happy. Everything was good, apart from few problems, asked the service manager to reach out to me, which he did. Highly recommend this company that puts customer service as its number one priority!

Admiral plumbing exceeded my expectations. I noticed water running down my driveway and realized that it was coming from underground beside my house. Admiral quoted me $245 to fix the pipe and I agreed. Once the hole was dug and the pipe was exposed we realized that it was not one but four busted pipes which had all become soft and brittle due to a strange chemical reaction. Tony R. from Admiral cut out the bad section on all four pipes and replaced sticking to his original quote of $245. Tony was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. I cant begin to describe how impressed I was with the fact that they did not try to charge me for the additional work. They have definitely gained a loyal customer.

We paid $585 for basically nothing. We got no resolution as to what the problem is. We called because the toilet was gurgling and the shower was randomly backing up. The plumber said he ran a camera and snake down the pipe and couldn't get past more than a few feet, said he hadn't seen anything like this in 14 years and said to call the city because it may be a sewer issue. City came and said their line was clear no problem there. We've had it so we rented a snake with an auger and snaked the line ourselves and guess what it went down all 50 feet, how he couldn't get past more than "a few feet" I don't get. Also the associate at Home Depot said that if indeed you can't get through the roof you need to take the toilet off and snake it through there; how an experienced plumber didn't know that is beyond me. Admiral plumbing has fully refunded my payment in full since my plumbing issue was not resolved, thank you.
