Great. They came out right away. Tommy was polite and professuional. He fixed the toilet, but the sink needed a special cartridge. Tommy called Moen and convinced them to sent the part withoput charge (even though I was the second owner and the house was 5 years old). There was no extra chage for the second visit after the part came in. A+ for Admiral Plumbing and for Moen as well! Strongly recomend that others use this company. They are tops!

This is my third or fourth experience with this company our a period of three years and with the same employee; Ryan and he continue to be very professional and satisfy my expectation. There was a defect in a filter I provided that he installed two and half years ago, the system was replaced under warranty. I called Admiral to complete the installation, Ryan came out the same day, had all the necessary parts on his truck and complete the job within a couple of hours. My observation of this company and this employee is that they have a truck that is fully equipped with tools and parts and this employee is not just a plumber but rather a problem solver.

We called Admiral Plumbing and they came first thing in the morning. Joe did a fantastic job! He was very courteous and extremely professional. He found the source of the leak after a thorough examination of all possibilities. He called a water mitigation company on our behalf and stayed until they arrived. Joe consulted with the water mitigation company and explained what he had done to identify the source of the leak. Joe also did a home inspection and identified some potential problem areas so that we were aware for the future. Joe gave us the peace of mind we needed to deal with the water leak. We can't say enough good things about Joe!

The plumber came immediately and I was told up front that it would be $425 for them to look for the leak. However, the man who showed up saw that the meter was not spinning and no water was running and immediately determined that there was no leak. One of my tenants had obviously left the water running. He called me and said that he had to charge me $125 for the visit but that he would refund $300. The very next day I went on-line to my American Express account and the $300 had been refunded.

We did get our plumber through you and we wouldn't use anybody else. We've had them out a couple of times.

I called Admiral Plumbing when I thought I had a leaking water heater. They arrived much sooner than I ever expected them to and immediately began draining the existing water heater. After shutting off my water and removing the old leaking water heater, the technician suggested that he wanted to dry up the area before installing the new water heater. After a few minutes of trying to mop up the water he discovered that as fast as he mopped, the water was pouring out of the wall. I gave him permission to open up a 2 foot square hole in the wall to see what was going on. He discovered water coming up through my concrete slab inside the wall. He explained that I had those Polybutylene pipes and that they were going to be a continuing problem because of their age and their propensity to leak. I decided to have them re-pipe the entire house so that I would not be faced with future leaks. This job required opening up walls in just about every room in the house. They also had to remove the toilet and vanity in my guest bathroom and all of the base cabinets in my kitchen because there was extensive evidence of mold inside and outside of the walls. Admiral Plumbing was at my house every day for over a week. they applied for the required building permits and had a man at my house for the permit inspection by the building department. I am now waiting for my insurance company to approve the mold removal and then to authorize the closing up of my walls. One problem that has developed since this work started is that the house attached to mine seems to also have a leak in their pipes. They are "Snow Birds" and not here at the moment but I was given a key to their house and I let Admiral Plumbing in to check and they found that the common wall between our houses was soaking wet. They turned off the water to that house at the water meter and 1 week later there is still water coming through their walls. I am now reluctant to finish the work in my house until my neighbor has a complete water leak detection done to make sure that their leaking pipes will not destroy all of the work I have to have done. Admiral Plumbing, including their entire staff, and the owner Rich, his very able plumbers Tony and Eric are all great and very easy to work with. I will never use any other plumbers and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

The service person was here in 30 minutes and gave us an estimate. However, the price was very high for the job. In hindsight, we should've gotten more estimates before proceeding.

Called Admiral based upon excellent experience with them in the past. Wanted diagnosis of a very slow filling toilet tank. Admiral came out within 2 days and found shut-off valve was broken. Plumber replaced it, solving the problem. For no additional charge he also helped tighten a loose water sprayer hose fitting under the kitchen sink. As usual, service was efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced.

The plumber sent out did not seem to have a lot of experience with hot water heaters but did call his boss when he had questions (granted the A-team probably isn't working on Saturday afternoon). He was very courteous and punctual, however. He started by resetting the breaker, which I did earlier. After hearing the heater kick on, he thought that may have been the solution. It seemed as though he was looking at moving on to the next job, but his boss urged him to stay until there was hot water (typically 30 - 45 minutes while tank heats). After there was no water for 30 minutes, I suggested that it may be the heating element. He pulled the old one and it was severely corroded. He replaced that and the tank worked fine. While it did get fixed, it appeared to be a learning experience for the plumber they sent out. Luckily his boss was very receptive to picking up his phone on a Saturday so everything was fixed properly.

I called several plumbers, who were going to charge a trip charge and then the charge for the repair. In addition, they would not give me a time range for when then could be at my home. Admiral did not have a trip charge, but came out and quoted one price for the repair, whether it would take one hour or five. He arrived within one hour of my phone call, did a great job and was fairly priced. He had to dig up the grass and dirt until he reached the area of problem. He replaced the dirt and grass neatly when he was done. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

I am thrilled. I had no water in parts of my home. I am relatively new to the area and had no idea where to start. I contacted Admiral Plumbing through Angie's list and was happy to speak with someone who cared and willing to help. Chris arrived within the hour, with a helper, and solved my problem. My problem was so minor that Chris declined to submit a bill. I will recommend Admiral to anyone who will listen. I now have a plumber of choice and hope if anyone finds themselves in need they do not hesitate to call aAdmiral.

Installation went well. Plumber was punctional, respectful, and got the work completed quickly.

American Leak Detectors pinpointed a leaking pipe, under the slab, beneath a bedroom closet. We called another plumber who gave the advice to break through the concrete, if we chose, as that would save us hours of labor cost. Did that, leak was EXACTLY where ALD said. Unfortunately, now the water bubbled up to floor level if we turned on the house water. :-( Called original plumber to asked if they could make an emergency service call, was told, "that aint gonna happen" somewhat nastily (a review for that company is forthcoming). Then we called Admiral as they advertised 24-hour service. 1. Lady who answered call was professional, compassionate and efficient. 2. Was able to tell me that a service man would be here within the hour. 3. within 40 minutes, Joe Kelly was here and ready to do the job. 4. Joe repaired the pipe in no time flat and was done within 50 minutes. I strongly recommend Admiral! We are more than satisfied!

All manner of help was provided, from office staff to the the repair technician that arrived to prepare (3) estimate choices. No pressure was ever exerted in the process. A choice of kitchen faucets was available at the time. Tony, the technician, was ready to start the installation and repairs immediately. He was courteous, extremely careful and cheerful throughout the process of installation and repair. I would not hesitate calling Admiral for any plumbing issues, and would also recommend them for anyone needing their service. I have also reviewed Admiral Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau website.

From the first phone call to the end of the job was excellent. Joe came out the next day and was awesome. He was courteous, professional, and quite simply an awesome human being. He identified our problem quickly and even gave us a lot of helpful tips on keeping our plumbing running smoothly. His explanations were easy-to-understand, and he finished the work quickly and efficiently. Moreover, he stayed a bit longer to make sure everything was working before taking off. I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. Thank you so much for coming out on a Sunday and getting the job done!

I emailed Admiral plumbing on a Saturday morning for a continuously running toilet and a water shut off valve that didn't work (of course). We were able to get the water to stop running eventually so this was not an emergency. I figured I would hear from someone on Monday. Within minutes of my email I received an email in response asking about the details of my issue and when would I like someone to come here for an estimate. Since there was no 'surcharge' for weekend work I asked if someone would be available that same day. Joe arrived within the designated time frame and gave me a couple of options (either to repair or replace). We decided to replace for the difference in price. Joe had all the parts, including a new toilet, on his truck and the work was completed within an hour - including replacing the toilet seat cover!!

On Easter Sunday, I found my hot water tank with a puddle of water around the bottom. Unit was 11 years old, so I figured it was bad. Shut off the tank valve and electric breaker, leak basically stopped. Called Admiral Plumbing to leave a message and get on the list for (hopefully) first thing Monday for evaluation or replacement if necessary. I was shocked when someone answered. They actually had plumbers on call (no extra charge) on Easter Sunday! The pleasant person I spoke to said they could have someone there within the hour. The plumber arrived within 35 minutes, evaluated the situation and started replacing the hot water tank. Holy customer service Batman!! I was really impressed. This is not the first time I used their services, and they are always prompt and efficient, but this was over the top. The technician Miguel was very friendly and jumped right into the replacement. From the initial phone call to removal/installation of the HW heater was less than 2.5 hours. WOW! Another fine job by Admiral plumbing. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I am more than happy to recommend this company. Matt came out last week within 24 hours of my calling to ask for help with a leak. He was very professional and friendly and kept us apprised of each development. The charges were fair and the job done in a timely manner.

The "out of the box" unit price for running 20 feet of an outside water line with a hose attachment was about $650. To which I replied, I would do it myself if I was not recovering from surgery and it looks like at most a three-hour job and that includes portal-to-portal and supply replacement. Then the cost came back at $390. I will wait until I recover from surgery and do it myself. It may take two hours which includes a round-trip for supplies.

The project we are trying to do is complicated but that's not the important part. Admiral Plumbing worked with us to identify the issues and came up with some solutions. This required a lot of perseverance on their part and they worked with us to a degree I find exceptional. We have a lot of experience with home improv projects and they really went above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied. Tony especially is a great asset to the company. I would recommend them for any plumbing work you have to do!

I notice an expanding puddle of water around the floor of my 50 gallon hot water heater (tank), with an additional trail of water leading away from my tank towards the outside of my garage. Even though it was a Sunday, I contacted Admiral Plumbing Services to see if they could assist with this emergency, and they immediately scheduled a technician to come and a**** the situation. Their plumber (Miguel) arrived on time and promptly determined that the inner tank of my hot water heater was cracked, leaking extensively, and should be replaced. On my initial call to Admiral Plumbing Services, they enquired about the size, wattage, etc, of my tank, and fortunately, they had a replacement tank on their van, ready if needed. Miguel (plumber) immediately turned off the power at the breaker, shut off the the main water line, and proceeded to remove and replace my old tank with a new tank. He was very professional/knowledgeable, explained what he was doing all along the way, and answered all my questions. I was very please with Admiral Plumbing customer service (who contacted me when the technician was heading my way), their plumber Miguel, who was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of this job, and by the fact that the job was completed the same day I called! I had a leak in my faucet. I just selected one from his stock. He switched it out and he did the same thing for the kitchen. Plus, he did the garbage disposal. He didn't give me an estimate before he did the job. He didn't do any caulking for the kitchen sink. He did a horrible job as far as caulking. He charged me $1250. The owner would not give me a detailed bill. They really screwed me. The guy didn't give me details as to how much the parts were and what the labor was. The owner refused to provide an itemized bill for an exorbitant credit card charge. It shouldn't have been $1250. It was at least $500 too much. It took me a while to get a response from them. I had to call back a couple of times.
