He showed up on time, he took before and after photos and everything was installed properly and I did it all by telephone!

We called and they told us they would send someone out within 3 hours, with a call ahead when they were 30 minutes away. We received the call right on time and Eric came out within the 30 minutes. We had a new water heater installed within an hour. Eric was very professional and explained everything. There were no extra fees (as we had been told when we called other companies) and the old water heater was removed and discarded. Very clean, very professional and very quick.

Luke was right on time, recognizing that I had to be somewhere. He was friendly, helpful & professional as was the receptionist who took my call.

Only took a half hour - and price charged was too high - but Admiral Plumbing discovered the part had been charged incorrectly - so called back and credited back $100 - to total of $200. We appreciate that.

Admiral has a professional named "Chris" - other plumbers in the firm refer to him as "the Beast" he's one of very few in S. Florida. Let's put it this way...a hole the size of a BB under 3000 sq/ ft of slab is never a good thing. So "Chis" is a love/hate kind of guy. He's the guy you never want to need, but if you need him, he's the guy you love, because he's one of only a few that could ever fix your problem. Chris arrives totally focused...geared up with all sorts of electronic stethoscopes, even lies down on the floor with his ear to the ground. Long story short...he found a BB hole in 3000 sq. ft. We were fortunate that it was in a location in my office that didn't create too much disruption to get to the leak which by the way was in the underside of the pipe so he had silver solder it using a mirror...kinda like a dentist. Admiral is a great company and there is simply no replacing a guy like Chris when you need him. It's like the heart surgeon that saved your life. You love him, but you hope you never have to meet him again. Thank You Chris, Thank You Admiral....give that man a raise!!

Great Showed up on time Fixed all the problems including a few that I had forgot about. Explain everything which is important to me so that I can keep things functioning in my house. I appreciate the fact a that the plumber man spent time to explain everything and we also talked about how important our service folks are who deal with plumbing, electrical and carpentry are essential to our lives. I also appreciate someone who takes the time to explain things to me the lay person. A personable service person tells me a lot about the company that has hired them. It tells me that they care about doing a job and more and not just waking out the door. the person that they send leaves an impression on me so that I will bring them back and recomend them to my peeps! I called mid morning for help with a leaking water heater and was told that someone would be here between 2-4 PM. The office called me back at 3:30 PM and said that he would be here in 30 minutes. Russell arrived and assessed the problem as the liner most likely had failed and we need to replace the whole thing. It was about 12 years old so no surprise there. He estimated the cost at $825.00 and I had a coupon from Angies list for $25.00 off. I approved the new install and he had someone bring him a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater while he removed the old one. Installation went quickly and he was finished and cleaned up the area within approximately 2 hours. I am very pleased with the water heater and the polite, efficient service tech. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is the third time I've had Admiral Plumbing come to my home and I have to say they are the best!! My hot water heater went out the day after Christmas which was a nightmare and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. The technician who came out was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as the office staff. Their pricing is very fair and I will definitely will use them again in the future.

The tech installed the thermister and left without waiting to insure the hot water heater was working. He said that I'd have hot water in 30 minutes. When I did not have any hot water 30-minutes+ later, I saw that the control panel, normally lighted & indicating water temperature, was dead. When I phoned Admiral Plumbing to request they return to fix the problem (I had been w/o hot water for 5-days) they said I needed to call Rheem to set up another service call. I asked Admiral why this was my responsibility since their tech clearly did not properly repair the H20 heater during the 1st service call just an hour ago. I was told that the Admiral tech DID fix the H20 heater, and that "another part must have broken" (in the hour since they left; on a 4-month old H20 heater....). Admiral Plumbing refused to send another tech out to fix the issue they clearly did not fix during their 1st visit just an hour prior to my call. I had no choice but to call Rheem (and wait on hold for 40-minutes). I was walked thru the operation of the H20 heater. Turns out the H20 heater was tripping the 30Amp circuit and shutting down the H20 heater. The Admiral Plumbing tech had left w/o bothering to verify that the H20 heater was, in fact, working. Rheem said that another service company would have to be sent out to fix the problem which they said was probably a defective installation and improper grounding of wires causing the unit to trip the circuit breaker. Not wanting to wait for another service company to show up the next day (or later) I called Admiral Plumbing again and explained the likely problem as conveyed by Rheem. I was told that the owner of the company had already been contacted and that he said that I "must contact Rheem to set up another service call b/c Admiral had already done their job and fixed the H20 heater". When I questioned why then did the H20 heater never heat the water and was not working only an hour after their tech left, I was again told "it must be another defective part that had broken". Yeah. Right. If this was the case, why didn't the tech inform me that the thermister was replaced but now xyz part was broken, and call Rheem w/ the diagnosis to repair the issue?!? Why would the tech leave, knowing the H20 heater he was dispatched to repair, still DID NOT WORK?!? Upset that I would have to go yet another day w/o hot water b/c Admiral Plumbing DID NOT fix the H20 heater, I insisted they send a tech back to determine their error and make good on their failure to repair the H20 heater during their 1st service call just made an hour prior. Admiral Plumbing again refused and moments later a guy named Rich (the owner I assume) left me a voice message (while I was on hold w/ Rheem) telling me NEVER to call their office again. Admiral Plumbing is not only clueless about how to handle a simple H20 heater repair, the owner is rude and DOES NOT stand behind their work. Rich couldn't have cared less that I still had no hot water only an hour after his tech left, or that I spent almost 3-hours on the phone w/ Rheem trying to troubleshoot the issue, having to set up another service call - to repair what Admiral Plumbing was unable & unwilling to handle. Admiral Plumbing is nothing short of DEPLORABLE!!!

They did a quality job and I would definitely recommend them.

I was asking him questions about whether I should make the tank service the whole house and remove the existing tank in my master. How much that would cost. The price of a recirculating pump and without one. I had a lot of questions and the tech said it was his busy day and had to get going. Just gave me a general quote, no specifics on what or how it was going to be done.

Great job they were able to come out the same day even though it was not an emergency. The tech they sent Miguel was great, He explained the job finished quickly and cleaned up afterward.

Both times I called them with issues that I needed to have fixed ASAP. Both times someone was at my house within an hour or two. They called when they were on their way and they called the next day to make sure everything was ok. Both techs were professional and helpful. They explained to me what my problems were and how they needed to be fixed. I will call Admiral Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

TJ arrived the next day during the time specified. They had the new water heater on the truck, got it installed along with a new drain pan (new code required it). The whole job took about 2 hours, but TJ stayed til everything was working fine and he also explained what maintenance we should take to prevent damage to the new heater.. I would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone

They installed the plumbing and faucets at a reasonable price. They are a local and have a truck with all the parts in it.

I've had them out several times and it's always the same. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I called around 1pm today and Joseph (who was awesome, knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude) arrived at our home around 6:30pm- He explained what needed to be done and wasted no time.

They are a great company that we've used in the past. We have had a couple homes we've used their services for and they are always reliable and can get the work done pretty quickly.

Mike was punctual, efficient, and courteous, The price was reasonable for the quick response. Mike was there within two hours of our initial call.

He was so professional. Got right to the problems and fixed everything like new! Left everything neat and clean and the underneath part of my sink has never loomed so new!

Very well - only complaint is outdoor valve has a few more twists and turns than I would have liked. Luke did find a small leak at water meter that we would not have known about until it caused a major problem - thanks to him for that!

I was very pleased with the service Technician. He was very professional and very nice person. I would definitely use Admiral's again.

One week after the job was completed, we had a leak from the new plumbing dripping through the ceiling. This resulted in a big hole in the ceiling that needed to be repaired. Two days later we discovered a leak under a cabinet that damaged 3 kitchen cabinets. A thorough inspection at that point revealed another leak at a shower and 2 leaks in under-sink drains. Although Admiral is paying for the repairs, it has been inconvenient to have many days of drying equipment and repair people, no cabinets, and the kitchen torn up because of damage created by the plumber. Yesterday we discovered yet another leak on an exterior pipe fitting. We went with Admiral because of convenience and peace of mind but we have had neither. We would appear to be the exception based on ratings here, but I would not recommend Admiral or use them again.
