Able Liquidation & Relocation offers " one stop" services for families and guardians of seniors. Complete assistance in all aspects of the physical move before, during and after a relocation. We are extremely flexible and can offer special services as needed. Storing items for later retrieval, shipping, packing, unpacking and placement of items in the new home or facility. Liquidating and storing items for later retrieval.Close cooperation with Realtors, Executors, Conservators and other professionals. We offer full accounting of the project complete w spreadsheet & original sale and expense receipts. Our services are fee based, not commision , so the client receives full amount generated from liquidation of personal property. Choice payment options, including payment out of escrows if needed.

We offer assistance with internet access, social networking, cable and cell phone utilization. We can also help with rehoming pets when necessary.
