AAA Drapery

I was very pleased. I needed to get the job done in 2 1/2 weeks and the blinds needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. The owner, who I worked with, told me he could get the job done and he did. He installed them himself and included attractive wooden valences. He even used patching material to patch holes where the old window treatment was attached to the wall.

The entire process went extremely well. Larry takes personal pride in delivering a complete product which his customers are completely satisfied with and with which he is personally proud. One example, Larry rejected one of the products delivered by the manufacturer and asked them to redo this piece. We were very pleased with both the installation which Larry delivered and the process of working with Larry. Larry's prices are reasonable; about half of the total price cited above was for the 12' foot wide sliding door with the other half being for all the other windows in the apartment. Larry personally assisted us with the entire process including the installation. We would strongly and unequivocally recommend AAA Drapery and Larry Bowden to others.

Larry always returned our phone calls and when the date arrived for the installation he was there on time with the materials. The installation was quick and professionally done. We would highly recommend him.

We used Angie's List in selecting AAA Drapery. The reviews were accurate. The service, responsiveness and products were great.

Larry arrived when he had promised. I showed him the problem and he immediately found the trouble. When the drapies were opened, the weight of the drapes tilted the end hanger to the point that the bottom screw of the hanger pushed through the dry wall. He replaced the position of the hanger, extending the rod length by two inches to a new dry wall position. He then attached the hanger completely through the dry wall into the concrete, making a very sturdy holder. The drapes now draw without dragging on the flooe.

The entire experience was professional from start to finish. The fabric showroom was excellent and Larry spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The job was done ahead of schedule and the finished product was fantastic! We couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend AAA Drapery. They are excellent!

After spending a good half hour to 45 minutes discussing plans to have a custom Valance and Drapes made, I was never contacted by the owner with a price/estimate or inquiry for a time to measure. I called twice after the initial visit and was assured that my call would be promptly returned. I also sent detailed pictures from my home detailing the windows. I am really disappointed, as I felt Elba who chatted with me initially was very sweet and helpful. If they were not interested or unable to do the work a simple phone call is all that is necessary to be professional and courteous.

AAA drapery did it all. The came, gave a bid, pick up the furniture and delivered it on time and even less than the bid pice.

Larry spent quite a lot of time with me brainstorming ideas. When I finally signed the contract and the product arrived, he worked diligently on the installation, which took two days. When a problem arose over time, he returned and fixed the problem at no charge. I never felt that he was avoiding me or trying to "duck out" on his warranty. He's one of the good guys.

It went well as always, they are prompt and professional. We have done business with them since 2003, and they have provided service for 2 properties we own. We highly recommend them.

WE FOUND LARRY THE OWNER OF AAA DRAPERY TO BE PERSONABLE, EXTREMELY COMPETENT, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS. A FACTOR THAT REALLY WORKS IN THE CUSTOMERS FAVOR IS HIS MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN OTHER ASPECTS OF HOME DECOR. FOR EXAMPLE WE HAD PURCHASED A VERY EXPENSIVE WALL COVERING FROM ETHAN ALLEN, AND WERE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM A SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT INSTALLATION. NO PROBLEM, WALL COVERING AND PAINTING WERE TWO OF HIS PRIOR TRADES. ALTHOUGH HE DOESN'T INSTALL WALL COVERING AS A BUSINESS HE OFFERD TO HELP US OUT. HE DID THE MOST PERFECT INSTALLATION WE HAD EVER SEEN AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HE HAS AN EYE FOR COLOR AND DECORATING. FOR EXAMPLE AFTER WE ORDERED THE BLIND FOR THE KITCHEN, HE SAW THE COLOR OF THE CABINETS AND SUGGESTED WE CONSIDER A DIFFERENT COLOR FOR THE BLIND. HE WAS RIGHT AND WE"RE VERY HAPPY HE DID BECAUSE IT BETTER COMPLEMENTS THE KITCHEN. RECENTLY WE WERE REPAINTING THE BEDROOM AND NEEDED THE LUMINETTE'S REMOVED. HE RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND REMOVED THE DRAPE. WHILE HE WAS HERE MY WIFE SHOWED HIM A PIECE OF FABRIC SHE HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED AND WAS CONSIDERING HAVING SMALL PILLOWS RECOVERED FOR THE LIVING ROOM CHAIRS. VOILA!!! HE TOOK THE FABRIC AND THE PILLOWS AND RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO REINSTALL THE LUMINETTES AND HAD THE COMPLETED PILLOWS IN HIS HAND. ANOTHER IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED IS CLEAN, NEAT AND PERFECT INSTALLATION OF HIS PRODUCTS. WE FEEL EXTREMELY CONFIDENT IN RECOMMENDING AAA DRAPERY AND UPHOLSTERY.

Each installation came off without a hitch. Larry took great precaution not to damage any adjacent surfaces and cause as little mess as possible. All of the treatments have worked beautifully since installation. The ultimate confirmation of my decision to select AAA for my window treatments, came 6 months after installation when I accidently jammed the sun shade on my balcony. Larry immediately came to my condo, fixed the problem and then made the adjustments to assure that it would not happen again. I could not be more delighted with the finish product installed by AAA and would strongly reccomend them to anyone looking for window treatments.

I have had wonderful service with aaa Drapery for my sitting room and am now purchasing treatment for my kitchen. I sincerely love the workmanship they put out and delivery is true to their word. Believe me that is a plus for Florida. I will definitely pass this information to everyone.
