Brand new toilet installed. We purchased all of the parts including the ring, valve and toilet. He came and seemed nice enough, a little gruff on the phone. No issues with service whatsoever though, his worker did most of the job and was very pleasant finishing up the job meticulously while the boss sat in the truck with the motor running. All told paid $245 for what took 20 maybe 30 minutes, tops to complete. Called my old Broward plumber to find out if that was allot and he choked. $245 he said would be well above the highest end and that would mean there were issues with the toilet or if it was a brand new toilet system that had to be done, this was not the case, easy install, quality straightforward Kohler toilet. He said max should have been $160. = $60 for coming out and $100 per hour. Suggest inquiring on approx price before you book.

Master toilet leaking right side base onto floor. Removed water, removed toilet to discover that seal was so poorly placed that it was lopsided and making flange un-level. Therefore toilet un-level. He replaced everything, re-chalked the base, swept dirt and debris from the work he did and even offered to help mop the floor. I told him I would mop the floor. I had requested a referral for a plumber from the person who flipped my home. No response. I was pleased to learn this owner/plumber is a veteran and by supporting veterans we can give back. I am never happy to pay any bills and by comparison on-line I may have paid too much. At the end of the day I felt safe,confident in his work and happy to refer his services.

He is good. He is perfect. He cleaned a clogged drain cuff. I would call him again today if I needed him. I have placed his card on good cards, on my desk.

The price was very good. I was not disappointed in the price but I didn't have anything to peg it to because it was the first time I've had work like that done. I would absolutely hire them again and I added their information to my rolodex.

I called early a.m. to have toilet flapper valve assembly repaired (a fairly easy thing for any handyman around the house to do). Unfortunately, I did not have the time to do this repair myself this week. He made it to my home by late a.m. - Good. My parents were in town and my father stayed at my home to supervise & pay. He said that the plumber was very curteous. - Good. My father also said that he was there a total of (30) minutes and working for approximately (20) minutes. His estimate to me (over the phone) was for a minimum service call of $50.- - Very, very reasonable & to be expected. So I was expecting around $90.- to $100.- or so total cost. - Fine I called around to three other local plumbers in the area later on that day. They gave me complete estimates of from $85.- to $95.- - So, for a total of $155.- in costs, I thought that this was a little steep for 20 to 30 minutes of work and a cheap part.

They were very clean doing their work and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Other than having a new sink, you would have never known they were here.

Fred Williams is very friendly and a great guy! Where the work was completed is for a non-profit organization and he completed the services for free. He was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad we chose Fred to help us. He was prompt and I'll call Fred for my home if I ever need his services. The work looks great and he did an excellent job!

He was here on time and did a very good job. Very personable young man. His price was extremely below the usual price. He also pulled the trap off free of charge.

What I really liked the most about the plumber that visited my home was that he made me aware ahead of time that it would cost extra to go up on the roof. Since I am new to the area and the state I really find it hard to get a fair deal from a company and he was really professional and honest.
