The inspection went well. Michael was very thorough and detailed. His report was sent within 24 hours, and he was available by phone for any additional explanation I needed. I would recommend his services to friends and family.

It could not have gone better. The Home Inspector, Mike Morales, was professional, very thorough and extremely efficient. While he was going through the house, he conveyed a great level of confidence and expertise that any buyer would be satisfied to observe. He actually, without charging any additional fees, went beyond the 4 Point Inspection. Adding services such as checking for permits and code violations were very valuable to the buyer who has a very busy schedule at work. In 24 hours he submitted both inspections reports: 4 Point and Termite. Within the following 24 hours he supplied the buyer with estimates for the repair costs of all issues noted in his reports. This estimate was given as a price range which i thought was very clever. Finally, he offered to go back for more in depth inspections, free of charge, should the buyer find it necessary. Truly, the best Inspector i have worked with so far, after being in the business of Real Estate for 14 years. I am recommending him with total confidence. Thank you Mike.
