Jupiter Appliance Repair

Description of Work: This is an offshore phone center not a local company. They sent a nice man who performed one task for me in taking the oven door apart. He had me order a part for the nonfunctioning dishwasher. I paid him up front for his labor. He was to return once part came in. I had a bad feeling all around in that this co was a call center. But was willing to allow him to return to do the work. The repair man had a vehicle problem on the day I called - right after part arrived. I called another company. The repairman just left. Tuurns out I did not need the part that was ordered. Now I have to return the part. And I am trying to get my diagnosis fee refunded. Don't call them because it is hit or miss who they send. Also the first repairman would only take cask or check and not a credit card. However the office didn't tell me this. I do not want to badmouth the nice man who came, but clearly that repairman was not fully competent. It is mainly the issue that you do not know who you are dealing with and I suspect the repairman was not licensed.
