+ -1 moreGreat! My 28 year old fiberglass pool needed resurfacing. The salesman Mark came to the house he was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done on schedule, completed in 10 days. The pool looks better than new. I am very happy with their service and would recommend aquatic surface pool design to anyone who needs their fiberglass pool looking "better than new"

+ -1 moreOwner very responsive before work started; however he did not stand by his peoples work once work began; his contractors pressure cleaned off much of my grout at the tiles, but the owner stuck his head in the sand stating that they should not have used a pressure cleaner so he did re-grout the tile. (SHAME ON ME FOR GIVING HIM FULL PAYMENT) As a result of the pressure cleaning, we developed a leak around the skimmer, which he had a real hard time finding - I had to guide him in locating the leak which he fixed, but there is still a smaller leak which he gave his word that he would have someone come to locate it and fix it - but they never showed up. If you need to deal with Aquatic (which I do not recommend) - I would deal with the son (Dustin) he is more customer oriented.

Description of Work: This is not easy to write- as I try my best to support family owned companies. When I called for an appointment on June 11, 2014, I received one the next day and I even mentioned I had found them on Angie's list. Dennis arrived on time and made sure we knew he was on time. After reviewing what we wanted done- he was perplexed on how to do it and eventually said he could not and suggested buying a spa to replace our in-ground jacuzzi. After much thought and input from him, we decided- just give us a price on resurfacing we won't re-do our jacuzzi He gave us an estimate on the spot and was supposed to follow up with names and numbers of someone who could re-do our pool deck. I understand he may be busy but, he was sure to say many times how professional and how much experience he has etc... This was on June 12, 2014 Today is July 15, 2014 and I have not heard from him-

+ 0 moreWe got the estimate in January, Dennis Hardy did a great job of explaining how our pool went from concrete to fiberglass and how they were going to do the demolition and restoration. Also was very helpful in pointing out that our pumps were still good and only needed new piping. He explained that it would be 6 weeks for our work to start, which was fine timing for us. Dustin Hardy was the supervisor on the job and was very professional. His workers arrived on time to get the fiberglass out of pool, protected all surfaces during demolition and cleaned up after, this took 3 days due to the fiberglass adhering more than expected. The tile started and was finished in a day and turned out beautiful! They went out of their way to make sure everything was cleaned every day, and came back to check the chemicals and make sure all was working properly after refilling the pool. I would recommend Aquatic Surfaces for their expertise and ease of working with all involved.
Description of Work: Removed fiberglass coating, old tile, re coated pool with concrete, re-tiled and replaced old valves on pool pump, installed salt generator.

Description of Work: We are planning on using them later this summer to resurface the pool, but I know they are excellent already, from things I have heard from others who used them. My confidence level is high!! They are the only people who know our particular pool surface history, since they did the previous pool re surface job about 12 years ago, when it was fiberglassed. Before that it was a vinyl pool. Our pool is unique in its issues, so it was a relief to finally meet someone who definately knew the history, versus other companies only being able to speculate the history of its surfaces
