Description of Work: Walked in for an estimate for whole house window replacement. Was immediately turned off by cold demeanor of people working there. Maybe it was the way I was dressed, flip flops, shorts, tshirt. Hey it's Florida. Finally sat down with a salesman, he was preoccupied with something and barely made any effort at conversation. Something was wrong with his computer so I left my paperwork for him. Got back to me 2 days later with an estimate but included sales tax which from what I understand is not charged on home improvements. To make a long story short I felt unwelcome and under served at SPS. Would not go back.

+ -1 moreThey are the worst! I can't get anyone to return my phone calls. I'm not sure how they are able to stay in business. The customer service is non existent, and they are totally unprofessional.

+ 2 moreIt has been an amazing experience to do business with this Company. They have provided us with custom woodworking that is still on going and met many small needs that arose during the building process. If we need door locks...we get them...Deniboard to cover the floors, its delivered immediatly...as well as using thier expetise in custom homebuilding to help us create great budget friendly additions such as cafe seating, or just adding some finishing touches here or there. We cannot wait to see thier total scope completed. We are very blessed to have this Company working with us!
Description of Work: This company has provided us so much in our new custom home. They worked tirelessly with us to stay in our budget for each item. They provided our storm windows, hardwood floors, doors, trim, and crown molding and are currently working on a custom beam package among many other things. Thier showroom is amazing and the staff is incredible and spent alot of afternooons with me putting products together. On a 10000 sq. foot custom homw with NO designer, this place was a sanctuary.

+ -1 moreI went over there and talked with someone but was told that the person I needed to speak with would be in the next day. I called for a week straight and finally two young clowns came out to measure for mirrors and a shower enclosure, and I never heard from them again. I wouldn’t recommend them because they are unreliable.
Description of Work: SPS was supposed to give me an estimate for work in my bathroom. I wanted new mirrors and a new sliding glass door for the shower.
