+ 0 moreSean was a professional throughout the transaction. His price quote was very reasonable. We pre-purchased the materials @ a local shop and Sean only did the carpet removal and laminate install. He and his assistant showed up on time, prepared to work. They removed the carpeting and tacking, and cut/laid the laminate in a professional manner. Although the job took a little longer than I anticipated, Sean and co. did excellent work and the floor turned out great. He was a gentleman and pro @ every turn. I would highly recommend Sean to do your laminate or wood flooring.
Description of Work: Sean removed carpeting from bedroom & replaced w/laminate flooring & quarter round.

+ -1 moreAs before, Sean arrived on time, and completed the job on time within the four day timeline we discussed before he began. He worked quickly, kept his work space clean, and left the whole area clean when he left for the day. I have no complaints. As I said before, he has my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: This is the second review I've written about Sean. He last worked for me installing wood flooring in two bedrooms about a year and a half ago. He did an amazing job so I hired him again to install the same wood flooring in the rest of the house - kitchen, living, dining room, etc. Again he amazed me! Now that he has completed two separate flooring jobs for me I have to step up again to recommend him wholeheartedly. My house has been transformed and the installation is perfect. A general contractor friend of mine came over and admired the quality of Sean's work - he said I did good hiring him. I already knew that because the other floors he installed still look amazing. But, this time I discovered he does so much more than install flooring. He is a construction Renaissance man with an eye for design. He is easy to work with, a genuinely nice man, and trustworthy. I had no problem leaving the house to run errands while he was here, and I would definitely hire him again.

+ -1 moreIt went well from start to finish. Even though Sean sells laminate flooring, he was happy to install flooring I purchased elsewhere. He was flexible with scheduling, and showed up right on time. He was well prepared, professional, and worked quickly and steadily, stopping only for a quick lunch. The results are beautiful. He did quality work, removed all the old carpeting and baseboards and hauled them away. He left the two rooms neat and tidy. He was also a pleasure to work with - friendly and considerate. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to my friends. Good work + good value = a very happy me!

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. I have never dealt with them before. I took a chance and they showed up on time. They gave me a very good price. They installed the sub-flooring as well as the laminate. They installed all the baseboards as well. Overall, the job was done on time and was a quality job. They are highly recommended.
