Jensen Beach Plumbing

Well. I must make repairs to my drywall. This was explained in advance.

Very smoothly! I called a number of places and most were booked out for the rest of the day. This occurred on a Saturday and I was fearful of high prices. One other company said that they could be here by 7-8pm (incident happened around 1:00pm), but they also gave me a starting point of $250 and said it could go up from there. When I called Jensen Beach Plumbing their on-call technician, Steve, answered and when I explained the problem he not only said he could be right over (and was over sooner than he said), but was also able to give me an exact price for the repair, minus $6.50 for one part he needed. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable. He had all the right tools and was done with the job in less than 30 minutes. I like to do my own home repairs but this was a little out of my league. I was thankful to have them do it because I know that I would still be at Home Depot pricing out tools and asking questions, and that the job would have taken me several hours. I will definitely utilize them again with any need of a plumber.

Replaced and re-plumbed gate valve in a very tight location between my hot water heater and A/C unit. Initially tried to approach from the front, but in the end we needed to cut a hole in the wall behind to get better access. In the end it took a little longer than I hoped, but eveything worked out great. It took about two hours.

Provider was prompt, professional, courteous and cleaned his work area thoroughly. Identified the issue immediately as a problem with T connector from experience working within the neighborhood. Price was affordable and will definitely use again !!

I purchased a new Kitchen faucet on a Saturday, and I began to install it. Well Murphy's Law took over and I really screwed getting the old faucet off to the point I needed professional help. The prior homeowner left Jensen Beach Plumbing's business card in a book with some other businesses, and I for one am glad he did. I called, and they were over within the hour, ON A SATURDAY! Luke did the work, and was most professional, courteous, and friendly. He fixed my mistake and charged half what I would have expected to pay for a Saturday service call!. I will be using them as needed, and recommending them in the future!

Great. He showed up on time the day after I initially called. He completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

They are prompt, reasonable, professional and fair in pricing. The fellow who came that day gave me some tips. He actually saved me a whole bunch of money. He showed me the why replacing the faucet was not necessary so I saved over $100 that day.
