+ -1 moreThey washer and dryer are great, but their sales people offered us deals that didn't actually apply to the machine we got, so the rebates were rejected. Their installation people were pretty bad.

Description of Work: I wanted to buy an induction cook top. I walked in the store and told 3 sales people standing together that I wanted to buy an induction cooktop. One motioned to a woman in the group as if to say you take him. She took me to see a unit and then tried to look it up on the computer to get a price. She tried 3 times googling induction cooktops only she was spelling induction wrong. After I corrected her she ended up on a Loews website. Realizing this was wrong she tried to log into their intranet, After a couple of tries she logged in and was still fumbling around unable to pull up any items when I told her she didn't know what she was doing and left. I told the same two sales people on the way out that she was a joke and that I intended to buy a cooktop somewhere else. They were oblivious and ignored me. Why would anyone buy anything at this store? What service are they providing? They were clueless as to the features of what they were selling.
