It's up, looks great (matching the color with our eves) and they showed up as they said. Nice crew, they were responsive to my requests. The price was inline with 2 other quotes, the owner, Bill, was professional which made the difference for me and it showed through in his crew. No rain yet so I cannot comment on the results - hopefully everything will work as expected!

Installed 55' of gutter and two downspouts.

I was impressed with the team from My Gutter. They were punctual, professional and proved to be an excellent value. I would definetely recommend them to others in need of a small or large rain gutter system.

After gutters were removed we had much more work to do then expected. They stayed in touch and were very patient with our schedule. They showed up when expected and were ready to work. The crew was friendly and very knowledgeable on how to do our job. Each job has its own unique problems, but they knew what to do and completed the work in a timely fashion. They did a good job and the gutters work well. We are very happy with their work.

I was not happy with the end product. It looks fine as you pull in the drive, but there is overlap on the mitered corner and the downspout looks terrible. It was installed half in the drain. Amateurish work. Plus one of the workers on departing used the "Jesus" card, with a God bless you. Photo's available.

when i called back to schedule the work, they told me they are busy and never called me back. I called twice. Not the way to do business.

Overall, there were absolutely no complaints. The workers arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a day. We were very pleased with the work. Everything was left clean and neat at their departure.

Bill ( the owner) did the actual work on my gutters. He responded quickly, did the work as scheduled, and was pleasant to work with. I will use him again whenever I need help with my gutters.

He was prompt. He was very nice. He fixed the problem. He was also very reasonable.

Estimate was reasonable, mapped out, and easy to visualize. They were coming on a day I would be out of town for the latter part of the day as they plan the Friday before the following week for the next weeks activities, so would not see the finished product before payment. I explained the driveway was recently replaced due to cracking, and was found to have a cavity, likely from the overflowing gutters unable to handle the path of water from the different roof lines, which had sand going into the swale with the path. He actually put a pipe down to circumvent the water coming from the downspout in question to assure no repeat issues. At this writing, there has been no sand or washing away of any sort, and has been almost one month.

We received an estimate very soon after calling last week. The price seemed reasonable, so we agreed to have the work done. The cost was comparable to what we've paid up north, where it usually costs much less than in southern Florida. We can't say enough about the quality of the work, and were impressed that Mr. Williamson appeared personally to check on the job. Kudos to the two employees who did the work. They were friendly and didn't waste any time. There were some difficult angles to be covered by the fascia, and it turned out very well. The work site was so clean when they left that no one would have known work was performed that day. We would not hesitate to hire them again if/when we decide to have gutters installed on the rest of the house.

They were very good. He was just very prompt. He came when he said he is going to come. He gave us an estimate. He was actually higher than any other estimates we got. But we thought he was very professional and gave us the impression that they would do a good job. So we went with them. Price wise I think he was worth it. We will use them in the future.

Good re-engineering of the gutters and down spouts. All work to be done was in the estimate with detailed drawings. The job was done in a workmanlike manner with the area cleaned up after the job was finished.

They were great. I called them, and within the next day or two they were out and did the measurements. They came out and in one day put it all up. It has worked great. They are very professional, nice and prompt. I have never put up gutters before, and so I don't know how to grade the price, but I thought it was reasonable. I would use them in the future if necessary.

We requested an estimate for the Gutter Guy. He showed up promptly . He gave us a reasonable price on the spot, and without any pressure said call me when you are ready to do this. When we called to schedule the job they gave us a date with several days of leeway due to weather situations. When the installers came, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. We are pleased with the installation and would recommend the Gutter Guy to anyone considering these services.
