estimate was given in one day I scheduled the work to be done in 2 weeks. I received a call 2 days later and they said they were in the area and the work could be done that day. I set up the appointment for 4 in the afternoon the workmen arrived and completed the job. Great response and service .

They arrived at the scheduled time and corrected the problems quickly and professionally. After the corrections they also hosed out the gutters to remove any remaining debris all at no charge. These people are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Gutter Guy finally showed up after 3 missed appointments. They talked a good game; but at the next rain event - the gutters and downspouts leaked more than before the service. I stupidly executed a maintenance contract. Repeated calls with an answering service or recpetionist have yielded lots of promises; but no one from The Gutter Guy has ever shown up to remedy their shoddy work.

I was having issues with water flow when it rained, so I had them out to put up some gutters and downspouts to fix the issue. Since they did this, every time it rains, there are still three spots where water gushes over the gutter onto our yard, which creates quite a pool. I feel that the job they came out to do should have stopped this from happening, but I continue to have issues. I have tried to call the company five times since they came out, and have been told the owner would be in the next day and return my call. However, I have still not got a returned call, and when I call back, I have been told he didn't come in that day, but that my message is still waiting on him. I feel like he should have put more than the one downspout in and that would prevent this issue from happening, but have not been able to discuss it with him because of him not returning my calls.

They did an excellent job and I was happy with the work.

They did a great job! The installers were very experienced, combined they had worked for the gutter guy company for 30 years. I had the whole front of the home completed and was impressed at the level of detail and craftsmanship that went into the project. The gutters are custom made for the home right off of the back of their truck. The gutters have been up for a few months and look and work perfect.

The job was done very professionally, and quicker than I thought possible. I apologize that my review is so late, as I had this job done over a year ago. Still it's proof that they did an excellent job, because I'm not complaining a year later. If you're looking for gutters you won't find better than Gutter Guys.

He was courteous, and he went about his business in a timely fashion.

Work was just okay. Some of the guards are not even with the others, Product was cheap looking, black, metal screening (my gutters are white???) that was bent in to an arch and pressed inside gutter. In places self tapping screws were drilled in to my gutters to hold the guards in place. No a professional looking job. I have had other companies install quality aluminum guards that attached via clips and they match the gutter look. obe Sound

I called on 3/24/14 to see if someone could come out to provide an estimate. She says they have lots of appointments lined up but she will see what she can do. She called back to make an appt for 3/27 which was not convenient since I would not be home at that time, but the gentlemen would still come out and leave a proposal. On 3/27 he arrived but I was not present but a note was left in the door which covered exactly what I wanted, the area by the organic garden and in the font by the entrance door.Nothing more, nothing less, and they did not try to sell me more and that was great because one of my pet peeves is to be upsold on something I don't need. I reviewed the proposal and called them back to see when they could do the installation. The customer service representative says on the 4/15/14. Well they arrived with I believe 3 men on that day. They were in and out in one hour. The job was quick and efficient. I had to have them cut the gutters a bit because they were lengthy and I didn't want any of the kids walking by it only to get cut. But other than that Im happy with the service. There is one takeaway, I would have like them to install the splash block, but I have to go buy that on my own I was informed by the gentlemen , which is an inconvenience but I think they look nice so I will go purchase those. But other thank that thank you Gutter Guy, Ill be adding more soon.

The gutter guy was a middle man from my roofing contractor and he was on time and efficient for the front of the home. However I later wanted the back of my home done as well, and gutter guy came out to give me a quote. I liked the price and inquired about doing the work with several phone calls which were not returned. The work for the back of my home apparently wasn't a big enough job or priority enough for gutter guy, as unfortunately I could not get him to come back and do the work.

Even though it was a small job, they we're prompt, professional, and did a great job.

They installed these gutters ten years ago. And they most definitely stand by their products.I had several leaks and a hole in one section. Which was caused by my solar heating system. The one section was replaced and they did a complete tune up on the rest of the house. They were on time and very efficient. I would highly recommend them. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous .

Gutter guy came to measure and give a price quote. I decided to use them because of the detailed quote which showed number of downspouts and splash guards. It did take a while between the time I accepted the quote and the actual installation. Overall, I am happy with the company and would use them again.
