Description of Work: I had new gutters and downspouts installed around the entire house. The owner, Bill, came out promptly for an estimate. He told me it would be about 3 weeks and the office kept in touch while I was waiting. It was a little less than 3 weeks. The job was done efficiently and when I had questions afterwards, Bill came out and answered them all. He also came back and tuned up a super gutter I had previously that was in need of repair. They are very professional, but friendly and kind. They want to make the customer happy and will do whatever it takes. Very honest and good people. |I highly recommend this company. | |

Description of Work: The gutter on our porch was overflowing and, thus, flooding the porch. Gutter Guy suggested adding an additional downspout and channeling the water away from the house and egressing in our landscape beds. The work was done on time. But a month or two later we had a severe storm. The water flooded the drains and backed up the downspouts. The downspout was sealed properly and, thus water gushed out the downspout and onto the porch. They did come and put some tape around the downspout as a temporary solution.We have tried to get Gutter Guy to come and make alterations to fix the problem. Talks a good game about how thorough and responsive the company is; but it is all talk no action. He has not responded to our calls. I would find another gutter company.

Gutters at this property were NOT installed by Gutter Guy, Inc, we were called to fix an existing problem. We went to client's house and fixed issues but mentioned to owner that the problem resides on the topography of their property, when client called again we went back twice at our expense to check on the problem and provide a possible solution, for this we set a date to rectify problem but client called to re-schedule due to interference with another appointment that they had. A new date has been set for the repair (04/28/14) and Gutter Guy will do their best to rectify once again at our own cost.

Description of Work: PRETENDED TO FIS THE GUTTERS, TOOK THE MONEY AND WHEN I CALLED TO TELL HIM THAT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE ACCORDING TO ANOTHER ROOFER HER PROMISED TO RETURN AND NEVER DID. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN GAVE UP. THE GUTTER GUY IS A TRUE CROOK.
