They communicated with me every step of the way so I clearly understood the renovation process. All fixtures were installed exactly where I wanted. Favorite Plumbing arrived on time, did not go over budget and most importantly repeatedly assisted me in contacting manufacturers to receive replacement parts which they also kindly installed for me. My master bathroom is now as beautiful as any spa thanks to Favorite Plumbing. I would highly recommend Favorite Plumbing for your bathroom or kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: I interviewed several contractors to remodel my master bathroom but none were as smart as Favorite Plumbing since Eric Robbins, the owner, was the only one who realized my 75 inch round Kohler Riverbath whirlpool tub would not fit in my condo's elevator. Eric immediately realized that the tub would need to be lifted up over my 40 foot balcony in order to get it into the bathroom. I hired him immediately. Favorite Plumbing allowed me to purchase $20,000 of plumbing supplies directly from my chosen supplier which also included 4 Groehe body sprays, an AquaBrass shower system with colored lighting, 3 Delta faucets, a 120 gallon hot water heater and 1 Kohler toilet to create the master bath of my dreams.
