Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning LLC

When my AC quit, I called the Home Warranty company for assessment and repair, but also had several estimates on replacement in case it could not be fixed. A new capacitor returned the unit to functioning, but 8 months later---when I was out of state---my neighbor discovered it had quit again. Rather than spend more money on an old system, I decided to replace the unit. I had been impressed with the excellent communication, persistence, and follow-through by Phil of Absolutely Cool , and had decided to hire this company . He called back immediately, and arranged with my neighbor in my absence to install the new system. Although the price had gone up since original estimate, it was still competitive with other companies. My neighbor said they did an excellent job!

They were Great. Gloria gave me a price and later determined that the price would be $100 less than what was quoted. That's when I realized this is a company with integrity .

They are very nice people. They are above average. They are good price-wise. The price was above average. With regard to responsiveness, they are good. With regard to punctuality, they are normal. Their professionalism is excellent.

I was told by a a/c repairman that I was in need of a new air conditioning system. So I started to get some estimates. When Doug from Absolutely Cool air conditioning came to my home and gave me a price for a new system and what it included I agreed and signed. I have COPD and being without Air Conditioning can be a little rough. Doug expedited the installation and had two technicians at my home to do the job. I am extremely satisfied with job they did. I would recommend Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning to anyone and if the need arises I would certainly call them again.

They did a Great Job for a Great Value

As soon as my AC when out I called around, they got out right away addressed my issue and got it up and running. Doug informed me I needed to replace the AC (not a good day) and suggested I get 3 quotes (so I did) one of which was theirs. After comparing I choose Absolutely Cool Air and I'm glad I did. They replaced my Air Conditioning System, Cleaned the Ducts and Installed a UV light. They were on time, clean, respectful, kept me informed and even tho the job took a little longer then expected they got it done and trow in a free preventative maintenance for the inconvenience (Best AC Company Around).
