POORLY
Description of Work: Assistant showed up and surveyed outside of house. We were hearing a scratching noise in ceiling in the a.m and in the evening. We had seen a squirell around the pool screen and roof. Rep said we had a family of Racoons living in attic. He said it was too dangerous to go up in there mama raccoons get very protective. They set a trap up on the roof to catch the Mom. That night we heard the sounds and I witnessed a squirell with a piece of insullation in his mouth running down the wires from our house. Next day we related this info to them. Their rep still insisted we had a 'c*** family in the attic. They left the cage on the roof for a week but no c*** and no sounds any longer. They came and removed cage and wanted 54 more dollars to plug the hole. NO WAY I had a friend plug it for nothing. We were disattisfied because they misdiagnosed the problem and even after we told them what we had seen they continued to try and catch a c*** not a squirel. Unprofessional in our opinion...oh yeah the 4 dollars was for gasoline surcharge!!!BS in our opinion
