Description of Work: Installed an expensive part that did not fix our AC unit. Told us they were coming back to try to fix it. They did not come back (even after calling them) and never offered to refund any of our money.

+ -1 moreThis is second time we have used this business. Always great service and flat $85.00 service call then parts are additional costs. They came to our home which was about 20 to 30 minute drive from their base office. They call as soon as they are within a mile to provide you time to lock up any pets. They are very courteous and professional These people work with you if you do not have full amount to pay, no interest stuff, and send them a monies as you can each month within reason. I highly recommend these folks to anyone.
Description of Work: Replace capacitor and checked all circuits, fans.
