My repair went well, thank you.

We built a new home and moved in January 2017. Since that time our geothermal pump has gone out numerous times. We are on pump number 4. We have never had a pump last a full year yet. Currently, our pump is out/going out. It is making terrible noise, is hot to the touch, and while it blows a small amout of cool air right after you turn the system on, it will not cool a room even a single degree. That means that right now, this very moment, the heat index is 106, and we have no air conditioner. We are sitting in a new home, hot. Because we hired Clyde's. After arguing to get Mike and his guys out here today, he tells me he won't warranty the pump anymore, even though it was put in 9-months ago. Each time a pump was put in, they told me 1-year. When they put the last pump in, they told me it had a 1-year warranty. That was October, this is July. Now he says they only offer a 1-year warranty from the time the unit is installed, not when they repair it with new parts, even during the warranty period. Essentially they won't warranty their work. Furthermore, they haven't tried to find the reason this is happening, time and time again. Today, he checked nothing but the amps, and determined that there was nothing wrong with the unit based soley off that. Each time we have paid a heating and cooling company to come out and make sure that there wasn't any issue with the HVAC unit, including this time. We also had a geothermal tech from another company out, who told me the system needs a second pump for push/pull operation. However Clyde's doesn't agree, stating that it must just be faulty pumps. Mike says he doesn't do geothermal any more and therefore it isn't his problem now. He told me that if I contact the manufacturer and they fulfill the 1-year warranty, he doesn't have to offer me that warranty. So, while you may not be looking to have Clyde's install a geothermal pump, you're considering them for something. I warn you that you can hire them, but you need to hope your system/wells are initally done correctly and if it isn't, that you'll be able to get competent warranty service.

Pretty good. They came replaced the pipes .

They checked it out and found that someone had simply unplugged the power to the pump. They plugged it in and it worked fine.

He had to fill the tank with air and check the circuits, etc. I couldn’t get the water to come out of the well. He was able to get everything back to working order in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend him, and am very pleased with his work.

Our well that supplies water to the house and barn and outlying pastures was totally down. I called and a crew was dispatched promptly to replace the blown well pump. Have used Clyde's for all our well needs, and being on a Ranch, we give it a good workout. Would recommend them always.

We had a friend recommend them and they did a very good job. Overall, our experience was pretty good. It is just that it were not very exact a better time.

Irrigation system stopped working. Attempted pump repl myself - not successful. Clyde's folks came by to look at the situation. Did prelim test on well and located check valve. Set a date to repl pump and do more testing on the well. They replaced the pump and check valve. Also set the pump up for temporary usage until automatic relay to breaker could be done by another vendor. Didn't need a new well - determined to be a blockage that they cleared. Cleaned up area after work was done. Folks were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again - but hopefully I won't need to. I have already recommended them to another person that had well issues.

They replaced our well pump. The original pump was flooded in the April 30 rains. They were prompt both times they came out, and they called when they were nearby. They explained the problem, gave us a quote, we scheduled a replacement date. We are pleased with the company and recommend them.

I called for an estimate to have a well put in--not a pump or reservoir, just the well itself. A week went by and I called back, was told and quot;he's out of town for a few days, he'll call you when he gets back.and quot; (I happened to see a truck with the company logo at a gas station the same day.) One month later, still no call back. If he didn't want to drill a well for me because it wasn't a big job, I would have understood, but he could have had told me.

UNBELIEVABLY WELL--- PRICE LESS THAN ESTIMATE--CAME SOONER THAN SCHEDULED--KNOWLEDGEABLE---POLITE-- GREAT PEOPLE--CAN'T SAY ENOUGH TO PRAISE THESE FOLKS. OFFICE PEOPLE WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. NOT SURE ABOUT THE DATE, JUST HAD TO PUT SOMETHING THERE TO MAKE THIS SURVEY WORK.

They did an excellent job.

Very punctual. Kept me informed of delays due to equipment repairs. Instructed me on follow up work required to hook up the power supply and the tie in to the sprinkler system, so there were no surprises at the end of the job.

They are prompt, courteous and reasonably prices. They did a really great job.

Went outstanding. I called wednesday and the came out thursday morning. Showed up on time and did a great job. Problem solved. They charge a little extra to travel from their lication to crestview.
