This problem became more noisy quickly after a period of time. I had contacted a nearby Heating and Air Service from their reputation as a great Company to deal with! I called 3 times within 2 weeks after promises they would come at two different times. After not showing up the second scheduled time after almost two weeks and not a single call from them to even say we can't make it there today, I had enough, No matter what reason they couldn't come, a follow up call should have been given us to update. A family member told us of Paul's Business in the next County from us that we were not familiar with. I called Paul this morning shortly after 8 AM and had one of Paul's tech guy here in about a half hour. Very friendly, courteous and worked quickly after seeing the problem immediately. It required a part not on the vehicle but picked up by Paul himself while visiting a parts supplier in another County, The Tech Guy went and got the part and was back shortly, With the distance and two trips, the repair was done within two hours from the time I originally called and can say the charge was very reasonable. We highly recommend this Business to anyone who needs Heating and air service and will definitely get a call again from us, if needed! JR O

I had just moved to Jasper Florida ,a very tiny town with 3 traffic lights, into a 100 plus year old home. I purchased the home" as is" and we had a cold spell below freezing. I turned on the heat and 15 minutes later heard a horrible noise.... My outdoor part of the unit exploded. I got Pauls number from the local phone book, called him at 5 pm on a friday, I was afraid of what the cost would amount to. He came right over (6 pm - friday evening ) He told me the unit was still under warranty (news to me) and that it would only cost me labor and freon. OMG!!! he could have really nailed me - after hours and the weekend, He didn't have to tell me it was still under warranty, I wouldn't have known. It was suppose to be 28 degrees that night and he saved me hundreds of dollars, He got the unit working well enough to keep us warm until the parts came in on Monday and fixed it completely. I will always remember him and how he kept me and my family from freezing. He was kind enough to wait on part of the payment till the following month. He was great.... that man will be on Christmas card list forever...
