Description of Work: This was a very small job. Seemingly, all of the requested work should have been completed within one hour. The service provider was to silence and balance a ceiling fan, replace one piece of exterior soffit, hang a mirror and install blinds in a bathroom.

+ -1 moreThis was the second time I called them. Just like the first time, they did high quality work, did it for the estimated price, and cleaned up before leaving. They offered several options and we discussed the cost/pros-cons before proceeding.
Description of Work: Build/Fashion new gutter/downspout/drain. Remove and repair damaged siding. Paint. Cleanup.

+ -1 moreI would say they are honest, they do the job thoroughly and they follow up well. They are a little pricier than the average but I don't mind because of what I get. I do think the price is worth it.
Description of Work: They come every two weeks to clean my house. They clean my floors and wipe my counters. If necessary they do sheets and towels and remake the beds.
