I think they are very unprofessional and unethical, they are not honoring the contract took and above delivery time of the door installation fail to respond emails and calls the owner resulted in swearing at the customer and terminating their contract leaving the customer without recourse or the project being completed. les dayton who was the owner.

The work was exceptional. The company was on time, got through quickly but completely and picked up after themselves. We'd definitely hire them again.

We had Les Dayton come to our home to give us an estimate for replacing 6 windows. Although he was the highest in cost of the 4 estimates we received, he rose to the top of our list because of the window product. I had many questions for Les and called him on his cell 2 or 3 additional times to get clarification on the product and the warranty. He was always responsive and I felt that even though there were no reviews on Angie's List and even though he was not a member of the BBB and even though he had only been in business a couple of years, we would give him a chance, pending recommendations from prior installations that he had done. After my husband and I discussed this and handled a couple of unrelated problems (which delayed my calling Les with my decision for about a week), I called Les the afternoon of 4/1/2015 and told him we had decided to pick him for the job but would first need a couple of contacts to call where he had already installed windows. It has now been 2 full days and we have not heard a word from Les. I even waited a day extra to write this because I figured he might be trying to get someone's permission for me to contact. However, had that been the case he still could have called to let me know why the delay. I am now thinking it is a good thing we did not hire him. Very unprofessional to not have gotten back in touch with at least some type of explanation. We are very disappointed and are searching once again and reconsidering prior estimates also. For this reason I have given an overall rating of F.
