Arron was awesome! He was right on time and very polite. He offered many great ideas and knew what he was doing. He stayed in touch with us letting us know how the kitchen plans were going. It was nice to work with such a professional young man. We had just purchased an older home and wanted to upgrade the kitchen. The only reason we did not purchase the cabinets at this time is because we ran into a plumbing problem that was not in the budget so we will have to wait for the new cabinets.

These guys did a fantasic job! It took a little longer than expected, but the quality is amazing and it was still done well before my absolute deadline. Like someone else said, anyone can remodel your kitchen, but I've had experience with a couple of contractors and so far, these guys have been the best ones I've had to work with. Jack was very personable from the get-go. He understood what kind of look I was trying to achieve and was able to show me a computerized drawing of what we discussed. We went over every item that was customizable to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and he was up front about what was included in his pricing and what was not. He was also able to price match a quote I received from another contractor on flooring. He gave me lots of good suggestions and tons of options-- we looked at items in the company showroom as well as a few other showrooms in Jacksonville. He also gave me an itemized invoice, a proposal statement with payments set up as 3 parts, and a verbal timeline of when everything was scheduled to come in and when demo would start. When it came down to business, these guys were great. Demo started sooner than expected, which I liked. I moved my furniture out of the way in a room and covered it all in bedsheets, but they still completely taped off the whole opening to the room to minimize dust, and they also taped an extra air filter over the a/c vent. They showed up around the same time each morning and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. As the flooring was being done, Sam was very considerate/methodical in that he wanted to make sure my brother and I could still get around the house without stepping on newly laid tile. I chose the wood-look tile and I love how he laid it out-- thin grout lines, staggered, keeping most pieces with the same pattern away from each other. Everything was very level. Love how the kitchen turned out! Electrician* had a lot of re-wiring to do, but it turned out excellent. Love the soft-close feature for the drawers. All the little details, like uneven doors, or doors that would slam into the side of another cabinet when opened... they were all addressed and fixed, even before I could figure some of it out. "Clean" work-- nails don't show or stick out, quarter-rounds caulked and along all the baseboards, etc. Overall, amazing job. I paid more than I expected for a kitchen/floor remodel, but it was quality work and I still had it in my budget. Would definitely recommend them to others. *Electricial work not included in pricing.

Jack did an outstanding job assisting me with my new granite kitchen counters. His recommendations for where to go and who to use were excellent. He always promptly returned my phone calls. If you are in the market for cabinets, counters, or anything else kitchen-related, give Jack a call. You won't be disappointed.

Removal of the existing cabinet and microwave was pretty straight forward. Connecting to the existing outside exhaust vent proved to be quite a challenge. Something I could never have done myself. I was extremely impressed with their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Everything was clean at the end of the workday, like they weren't even there. The job took a little longer than I anticipated, but that was due to the complexity of the job, not the talent level of the these guys. Quite the contrary. I never heard any grumblings or complaints from either of the guys. I wouldn't hesitate to have these guys do work at my mothers house. They are that good !

The contractors arrived on time everyday and were flexible with working around my morning schedule. Each day they were kind, courteous, and answered all of my questions. The contractors cleaned up their mess everyday. Incredibly polite. We are very happy with their work, and love our new kitchen.

We found Woodworks Cabinetry on Angie's List and were impressed with their member reviews. We also liked their website showing some of their work. Jack came to our house to measure and talk with us about our budget and our plans. We felt comfortable with him immediately. We went to their showroom to pick out the cabinet style we wanted. He suggested several places to pick out the countertops and backsplash and gave us advice along the way about our options. They started the project on time and finished it on time. Every single day, they cleaned up the work area before leaving the house. I work from my home office, so I was particularly pleased with how respectful they were and the limited amount of noise and mess they made. Anyone can remodel your kitchen. What I particularly liked about these guys is: - They were friendly, polite, professional, and thoughtful throughout the process - They made several really good suggestions along the way - They were available to talk any time we needed to discuss an idea - Their attention to detail was excellent and rivaled my own. By the end of the project, there was nothing that I had to point out to them that needed to be done. - They really did seem to treat our kitchen as though it was their own. We will definitely use them again when time to renovate the bathrooms!

Woodworks did an outstanding job installing new cabinets in our mudroom and in our laundry area. Additionally, they installed new granite counter tops and a new tile back splash in our kitchen and in our laundry area. We sought several estimates for this job and WW was in the middle when it came to cost ? some were higher and some were cheaper. We chose to work with WW because we were impressed upon our first meeting with Jack; he was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided us with a quick and extremely thorough estimate and breakdown of what would be included in our project. He seemed to understand our needs very well and kept the overall vision in mind throughout the process. Once the project started, we were impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. Aaron spent a great deal of time making sure every detail was just right. His craftsmanship was excellent! We would like to extend the highest accolades to this company. They did a superb, high-quality job and we are pleased with the meticulous way in which they approached each step of the project. Very professional! Thank you!

Removed ill fitting cabinets, replaced with correct size. Added missing valance and handles. Adjusted and aligned all doors on cabinets. Jack and his assistant were wonderful. They did a magnificent job and turned my disaster into the kitchen it should have been. My only regret is that I didn't know about him and hire him in the beginning! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, without hesitation. They are fair, honest and do truly beautiful work.

It was really a nightmare. I think the basic problem with the company we used is that there isn't any quality control. It was also frustrating that he would regularly misquote prices, with the end result being more expensive than the estimate. We ordered cherry cabinets from them and when they came in they were terrible. The wood was curved in places, the finish was rough, and the workers were fine with the quality of the cabinets. They brought the manufacturer out to look at the cabinets and he said they would replace them once. The replacements were a little better but still not the best quality. We also had the entire kitchen floor and bathroom floors tiled. The tile job was so sloppy and they had to keep pulling up the tiles I paid for because they were installed poorly. They also damaged the wall of an adjoining room they did work on. I would not recommend them to others and it was a really bad experience.

They were punctual, set realistic expectations, and their workmanship was great. Their cleanup was awesome as well. Everything they said they would do they did and they did even more than they said they would and didn’t charge a dime extra. Their employees are very courteous and nice. I can’t say enough good about them.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were very good. Their personality and their work experience was very good. The design turned out good. The interaction was very good.

He did a beautiful job. He completed the work in two weeks and he finished in the time frame given. I went with them because they are a well known company and our neighbors recommended his service.

Woodworks Cabinetry started with remodeling my master bathroom. It included a custom built vanity with a gorgeous tile countertop that matches the shower floor (their suggestion). I loved it so much that I had them build a custom closet too. They also ran crown moulding throughout my whole house. I just kept looking for more things they could do. I ended up using them for my kitchen, other two bathrooms and laundry room. They are the absolute best at what they do, highly recommended!!

From start to finish I was pleased with Woodworks Cabinetry. Jack worked with me to create the design I wanted by doing multiple drafts until I was satisfied. When it came time for the installation the guys were on time and very courteous. They kept the jobsite clean and safe for my family. Everything went so smoothly. I couldn't have imagined a better experience for a remodel. We are now planning to have our bathrooms and closets redone as well. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jack quickly responded. I explained what I wanted and Jack did the rest. It took around 3 weeks for them to build everything and 2 days to assemble. It is probably now my favorite area of my house. Truly beautiful with a deep cherry wood stain. Breathtaking.

It’s been wonderful. They keep me informed when they are coming. They are on time. Everything is custom made, it’s not that cheap particle board and it shows. They made arrangements for a granite person to install the countertop so I didn’t have to worry about it. I can be difficult to please at times but they completely satisfied me in every aspect of the job, start to finish. I would highly recommend to anyone.
